I've been a long time yelp user, however out of that time, I have never written a review before, however this urgent care deserves all the 5-stars AND MORE!!!!! The first weekend on June I took my girl in for a cough that has been bothering her for a little bit too long and the process from start to finish was so efficient and more importantly, compassionate and down to earth. The staff here are so so sweet that I had to ask to have everyones names written down so I can give a SHOUT-OUT. First and foremost, thank you to our PA-C who saw us Flo, she had such good energy start and end and was very thorough with the process and does not add anything unnecessary like some providers do to run up the bill (and trust me...we've had our fair share), but gets to the point and I LOVE THAT! The M.A. who helped us Minnie, so sweet and my daughter typically gets uncomfy when triaging, but with Minnie's bright aura, she was at ease! And Dominique! I think that was her favorite person at the end of the visit because she surprised her with the toy she wanted from the toy machine (which is so nice they have that to begin with) from the clinic's trade box as well as some fun sticker sheets too, and like the last two lovely ladies, amazing energy as well. Congrats to Cali Quick Urgent Care for having a great team and I am so glad we have found this place. **Just FYI to parents or other patients, I could hear other parents getting out of the room to ask when they are getting seen, I've waited over 2 hours at another urgent care before so people need to have a little more courtesy and patience as I think there is only 1 provider. If you rush the provider, that can jeopardize care for your kid by rushing them!!! But if Flo ever sees this, we appreciate you and we understand, you GO GIRL!!!!!!! read more

I came here for a preventative X-ray, and after this experience, I'm not sure why anyone would go anywhere else. There can be so much red tape and so many barriers to getting basic medical care, but this urgent care makes the entire process simple, convenient, and actually doable. Highly recommend! Have been here a couple times, first for myself to get a TB shot for my kids school and then to take my almost 1 year old daughter in. The Dr. and staff are so nice and professional. The office is split into 2, one side for children and the other for adults. It is immaculately clean! They get you in and out. There's a gaming area and some crayons for the kids, along with some snacks to keep them preoccupied. Never waited long enough to use the stuff yet. HOLY GRAIL! My son woke up with a fever and I was needing a child friendly place to make sure everything was ok. On a typical Saturday afternoon, this mama started to get worried. It is SO HARD to find a great urgent care, let alone one for kids. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with the most friendly staff, cutest play area, and snacks! To top off this wonderful experience, Dr. Glenn is a GEM. Being 6 months pregnant, I am reassured that not only is my son ok, but also that if I need her on weekends or weekdays, she is there. Wonderful quick experience! Minimal wait. Very efficient. And best of all, seen by doctors! Excellent care

My father in law had COVID-19 and became very weak and dehydrated. I picked him up and drove him to Cali Urgent Care. Dr. Glenn, an ER Dr., recommended doing a chest X-ray due to his symptoms and thank goodness she did! She immediately had them read and confirmed he had COVID lung. He was put on an IV for a full liter of fluids and prescribed strong antibiotics. We are so thankful for her amazing bed side manner, listening ear, and wisdom. They also have a wonderful staff that gave us a warm welcome and offered us water, coffee for my mother in law and snacks. I have never had such great service from an urgent care. Highly recommend. 10 stars!!! Add them to your phone contacts. BTW- the kids urgent care has a separate entrance on the left side and looks fun. Obviously it's awful to get sick but this is the best Urgent Care I've been to ever. We recently moved to Laguna Niguel from Dana Point and I got on yelp to find the closest place to us. The staff was so kind and the provider I saw was wonderful. She was very attentive and reassuring. Got the meds I needed and have already started feeling better. Unexpectedly received a follow-up call from Karan in their office who was checking in to see if I was feeling better and to make sure I got the prescriptions filled without any problem. The best ER or Urgent Care experience I have ever had spanning 65 years on this planet and raising with my wife 4 now grown kids (means a lot of ER and/or urgent care visits). They are quick, efficient and personable, which is not easy to pull off. I found Cali Quick Urgent Care looking through Google search as I was in need of immediate care for my neck pain. I couldn't believe they were open so late during the week which is a blessing for most people. Dr. Glenn was compassionate and understanding even though I was probably cranky from being in pain. Unfortunately they don't take my crappy Oscar health insurance but their cash prices are super reasonable. This urgent care is amazing! From the incredibly welcoming staff, to the AMAZING X-ray tech, to the wonderful PA and wonderful Dr. Brittany Glenn; we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The best experience I've had at an Urgent Care! Today I visited Cali Quick Urgent Care because I tested positive for Covid and wanted to get the Regeneron Antibodies. Knowing that I was walking into a medical facility and that I was positive for Covid I felt very tentative, like I had to be super careful and that maybe I should wait outside or something but they couldn't have made me feel more normal and more welcome and very calm about the whole situation. Everyone was super nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. Cali Quick is brand new, the facility is beautiful, spacious and spotless! I was seen by Dr. Glenn before they decided to give me the antibody IV. Dr. Glenn is very relaxed and super kind! Dr. Glenn also checked in on me a couple times once my IV was started. My medic was Nicolette, she explained everything and ran my IV perfectly without any pain. She stayed with me for a long time and she checked in on me several times. I was given paperwork concerning the antibodies that I received and they filed for me to my insurance company for payment. I will be using this practice going forward for all of my healthcare needs. I just visited Cali Quick Urgent Care in Laguna Niguel, California. Cheerful greeting, easy iPhone check in, clean and light beach decor, sunny reception area. Staff was fro and welcoming. Dr Chan was caring, knowledgeable and respectful. He gave great information about the outside parameters of my pain. X-ray technician was cheerful, capable and had clear instructions during the session. I will highly recommend this Urgent Care to everyone. In addition the site has a complete Kids Urgent Care but you would never know there were kids in the buildings! Their side is kid friendly and decorated for comfort care and distracting the kiddos from their 'booboos'. This was a positive and pleasant experience even with my rib pain! read more

Today was our second time visiting this office and it's the best urgent care I've ever been to!! Our first experience was great and I thought that maybe it was a fluke. Nope! The second time was great too. Check-in is easy and fast, there are two separate entrances (one for families with kids and one for adults), lots of toys and games and snacks for the kids, attentive staff, and the service is very quick.
