UPDATE: After posting this review, Efrain contacted me regarding the partial refund he had already…read moreagreed to issue. He asked me to remove my review before he would process the refund. When I declined and stated that I would contact my bank if the agreed refund was not issued, he told me he would place a mechanic's lien on my van and that it would be "mine in 90 days." He continued messaging me after I asked him not to contact me further. Due to limited photo space, I removed the original vehicle photos and replaced them with screenshots of these conversations so prospective customers can see the communication for themselves. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. I hired Efrain, the owner/operator, to clean the exterior and front cab of my high-roof Ford Transit van for $232. I sent photos of the van beforehand, so the size and height of the vehicle were known before the job was accepted. After the service was completed, after only 1 hour 15 minutes, which I felt was rather fast for a detail on a large vehicle. I specifically asked Efrain whether the roof had been washed and was told that it had not been, due to his insurance not allowing him to do roofs on tall vehicles. The entire roof was left unwashed. The wheel wells were also still dirty, and there were water spots/marks left on the exterior of the van. Alongside some very obvious spots of pollen still left on the vehicle. At no point before the service was I told that the roof would not be cleaned or that he was unable to access it. When I questioned why it hadn't been done, I was repeatedly told that I should have specifically communicated that I wanted the "top top of the roof" cleaned and that this was a "miscommunication on both ends." I disagree with that characterization. I booked an exterior cleaning, and the roof is part of the exterior. If a business is unable or unwilling to clean an entire section of a vehicle, I believe that limitation should be disclosed before accepting the job. Had Efrain told me beforehand that the roof would not be cleaned, I simply would have hired a company equipped to clean the entire van. Leaving the entire roof unwashed is also particularly frustrating because the dirt and grime remaining on top can wash down the sides of the van when it rains, defeating much of the purpose of having the exterior professionally cleaned in the first place. Efrain ultimately acknowledged in writing that he had not communicated that they "don't do hard access roofs" and agreed to issue a partial refund. Between the entire roof being left untouched, the dirty wheel wells, the water marks left on the exterior, and the way my concerns were initially handled, I was very disappointed with the service I received for $232. I now have to hire another company to properly finish cleaning the vehicle. I'm including photos of the condition of the van after the service as well as screenshots of my conversation with Efrain so prospective customers can see the results and communication for themselves and make their own decision.

I was about to book a mobile detailer but I don't think they provide a big enough canopy to cover my truck. Francisco's place got you covered. He has a covered space were he works on a car or truck. It helps keep the car's surface cool when he washes, dry and detail. It's the best way to do it right. Highly recommended!!!!
