I ended up choosing Oxygen Power Washers largely because they were quick to respond and their pricing was in line with the other quotes I received. They proposed a time the following day to do the work so I agreed. They told me they would arrive between 8am and 10am and would text me 30 minutes before arrival. I heard nothing from them. At 10:15 I texted them asking when I can expect them to arrive. No response. 11:30am same thing. It's now 6pm and I still have not heard back from them, nor do I expect to at this point. For all I know, they could be the best window washers in the world. But to book a job and then ghost the client is unreliable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.

Later, I called and booked him. He quoted (and stuck with) a price for basic power washing. I understood that oil stains would be extra, so was ready for a possible big uptick. It was very little extra he charged. So little, I added $15 extra to the check, just because I was so pleased. Then, instead of power washing the area we agreed on, he did all that and did another area that I had not paid for. By the time I left, I could not believe how well this had gone. By the way, they showed up on time, but had to work in nasty, hot, 3pm San Fernando Valley Sun. They stayed on it, worked hard, and got it all done. Thank you Derick. I had a lot of power washing cleaning. It would have been all the concrete front and back whole house, front patio, trash bins, patio furniture. His business is listed on Nordhoff which is only 18 miles from my home. He stated, "a waste of gas money to do a small job". This what happens when people don't listen and want to text a job quote.
