We needed a cracked windshield replaced and an evaluation on whether or not our driver's side window was damaged and needed replaced. The technician evaluated our drivers side window and told me the problem was that a regulator failed and that the window did not crack when it went down. He got the window up into place for me and secured it so I could get it to a body shop for repair. He then started the windshield replacement. He was quick and efficient and didn't mind when my young children asked him questions about the process or just watched. He called to let me know he was on his way, came to my home, quickly took care of my windshield, and got me back on the road. All in all it was a Google value for the price. read more

I recently called my vehicle insurance company regarding a rock-induced chip on my front windshield. Beginning with the call to set up the appointment from their dispatcher, the secure payment link to pay the deductible, and the technician coming right to my house. We were scheduled last week, but a couple of their techs had family issues so they ask if we could reschedule, it was not a problem as the wife didn't need her truck on the day that was available. I was at work and the tech the did the install kept me informed via txt messages of the progress. When finished gave me the recommended after care.
