Was then told that didn't fix everything and a fuel injector was stuck open and that caused the plug and coil pacts to go bad. Belle tire ordered the part and fixed everything. Manager Brandon called me every step as he understood I was a worried father. Don't think the rest of the staff was as friendly to my daughter though. Feel like they did everything possible to make it right and get my daughter her car back quickly but more importantly running right.

I hadn't needed to have a windshield crack repaired since moving to Anderson so I asked my dealer and he referred me to Perfection. The front desk operator/receptionist at Perfection is the epitome of courteous and knowledgeable and an appointment was quickly made. When I brought the car in today I was met with enthusiasm and courtesy by the 'team' and the repair was quickly completed at the quoted price. Having retired from the automobile business after 45 years, I can say that my experience with Perfection today was amongst the best of the best!

Was told they would be there between 12-5 so I arranged to have the afternoon off from work. I got a call on the morning of the appointment saying he would probably be at my home between 2-4. Got another call at 2 saying he would not be able to make it due to complications with the vehicle he was currently working on so I would need to reschedule. I told him I could not reschedule and I had taken the trouble to have the afternoon off work. I work in healthcare and days off are hard to come by. He said he would speak to his supervisor. Then he calls back to say the supervisor is sending someone else out. Still I wait and no one comes. Then he calls again and says the supervisor cannot find anyone else to come. Now I call the Muncie store and get sent to a customer service line and the guy says he will transfer me to the supervisor of the Muncie store but guess what? No one will answer the phone. So I had to call the company number just to request a refund because at this point I am done. I will take my business elsewhere. This is the worst service of any company I have ever had to deal with. Definite fail on Safelight's part.
