This car wash damaged the finish on my rims. The manager on duty, Caroline was informed and shown the damage, yet when I turned around she disappeared and went back in the office....how rude. She denied that the spinning tire brushes could have done the damage. I've heard nothing but negative feedback on how this manager runs the car wash, her bad attitude and overall rudeness. The worst ever. Went into the wash with bugs, came out with bugs. Girl today was half assing using the brush to clean the front grill. Very lazy worker. You can tell there is no expectation. a lower CALIBER car wash than I had expected for $42.99/month. I just moved here from Michigan where I had a membership with White Water car wash. My car would look like ceramic. Beautiful! So I thought Caliber would be the same, especially since it was more costly. I was surprised when I went to dry it and found areas on the car that had not even been cleaned. The second visit left my windshield dirty. The area where windshields are washed, fabric strips just laid on my windshield. This car wash is extremely disappointing and my membership will not be renewed. read more

We went in for a car wash his morning and Matt let us know there was a $5 special going on and today was the last day. They run them every month for 3 or 4 days. Great in theory. Great vacuums and nice to have towels (but they are damp so how are you supposed to dry your vehicle after going through the wash) and they have glass cleaner, all purpose cleaner and automatic floor mat cleaner. But to pay what they charge and not get the bugs off the front of the vehicle or the windshield, is ridiculous. I went to talk to the staff and all he said was, "sorry. The piece that shoots down to do that is broken.". So, they know it isn't doing quality work but still charging the usual rates. Didn't even offer me a discount. I won't be back. read more

Joined the club! Great service and now I have my car washed even if only the windshield is dirty. Vacuums always work well and having clean cloths and window cleaner and multipurpose cleaner handy at the stalls is a real plus. read more

Terrible car wash. I have a paid monthly membership but always have to sit there 20 minutes because they allow unpaid members to go through the member lane and sit there trying to figure out what package they want to pick. They should back them up and make them go into the other lane, so paid members can get through quickly. But they don't. Also, the roller has not worked for two months so the hood of your car and the roof does not get cleaned like the rest of the vehicle. You would think they would discount your monthly fee, but they do not. I cannot wait for Tidal Wave to open down the street so I can cancel the membership at this place read more

Having many car washes in citrus county, choosing a company to purchase a membership at is full of options for the consumer. That being said, my wife and myself felt compelled to purchase a membership at Tidal. Wave in Lecanto. I will be canceling that membership as soon as I'm done with this review. Apparently there was a technical issue which would not allow for proper operation. I completely understand that these things can occur. That is not the reason for my complete and utter disdain for this company. The issue I have is with the assistant manager. Her attitude is that of an immature petulant child! I've had the pleasure of being in customer service for 30 years... I never would have imagined being treated with such hostility. I did point out to her that she was being a "smart ass"... At which point she threatened to call the police on me with a smirk and her snarky attitude. Then, when asked to speak to a member of management above her, she replied that there was none higher than her... All while continuing to call the police on me... Completely unnecessary and A provocation from her that seem to be defiant and hostile. There is nothing that can be done or that I expect from this company to change my opinion. As stated above, there are many options here in Citrus County for car wash memberships... I'm sure caliber will be thanking you for two new memberships at their location adjacent to yours. I was completely understanding of a technical issue however, I cannot And will not tolerate being treated the way that young woman treated me. perhaps she needs better training in her management role... Perhaps she's not a good fit for her position. Her hostility and her juvenile snarkiness is absolutely abhorrent and completely unacceptable. Insulting to say the least . My wife signed up for 1 month of car washes on 3/21/24. Her receipt even says that it expieres 4/21/24, but they continued to charge her credit card on 4/21/24 and 5/21/24. They will NOT refund any of their charges. This car wash is a rip off and a fraud. Jim Van Haneghan read more

The car wash looks very nice. We tried it and what a disappointment. The car didn't actually get clean. Look close, many spots didn't even get wet much less clean. We paid for the upgrade, $18 for a car wash that we definitely did not get any tire shine or rims cleaned. The rags at the drying station were helpful since the dryers did NOT dry the car. We spent as much time cleaning the car after the wash as we would have spent cleaning the car at home. read more

WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR! The supposed manager Bella is extremely RUDE & INCOMPETENT. Used the tunnel wash & my drivers side mirror popped out. Bella claimed she checked the cameras and can't find it. So left without a pretty ESSENTIAL part of my vehicle. Bella showed absolutely no concern for the situation & was extremely unhelpful during the entire interaction. At the very least I would expect a refund. Instead she takes my name & number so I now have to wait for this shameful company to contact me??? I work a full time job I physically cannot wait around for a phone call. I also travel 45 min to work & now without my drivers side mirror??? She really thinks that is an acceptable solution??? Now I have to replace my mirror on top of the money I wasted on this car wash??WTF. What should have been a 5 min trip turned in to a 30+ min wait AND I will have to return after work to get a real resolution?? Ridiculously inconvenient & unbelievably frustrating. Bella has demonstrated an incredible lack of judgment & possesses truly a bitchy presence. Putting such a person in a mangers position gives me very little faith that this company will be of any help in replacing my mirror. read more
