From start to finish it was very professional. They worked with my insurance and kept me updated constantly. I want in the dark about what was going on with my vehicle. They were all so kind and answered all my questions. Services were so speedy as well and the quality is great! In addition, when I thought I wouldn't be able to pick my car up due to being further away, Cesar offered to speak to his manager about driving it halfway to where I was temporarily located. They finished my car sooner than I expected and even more impressively they were able to use all OEM Ford parts to keep my car all factory original. Here's what I appreciate most: the constant communication about where things stood with my car. When I picked up my car it looked like new. But better than that, EVERYONE I talked to there, whether they were my service advisor or not, we very attentive. Even an employee who had walked out the door for lunch said as I was walking in, "someone will be right with you." Very poor experience here. The only good thing about my experience is the dark haired woman at the reception desk who would always greet me and offer coffee when I'd come in. Overall, do not come here unless you don't care about how your car looks, only own commuter vehicles, or if you don't have much thought to detail. The technicians are negligent and trash at their job. I got rear ended and had to get my bumper and rear collision bar replaced; very simple repair. I have had to take more than 3 trips back to this place because their quality and attention to detail is garbage. I literally lost money because I wasted so much inconvenient time coming back and forth to this place. Jose was the associate I was dealing with. He's cool and all, but gave me unprofessional excuses I as a customer do not want to hear from a business I'm working with. Like I don't care about your personal problems man, don't bother bringing it up. In the first attempt, the paint job was poor mostly on one side of the bumper, it didn't fit completely in-line, and there was a 1" long chip on the area of it you could see when you open the trunk. I came back, and gave the technicians the benefit of the doubt by saying the quality of the bumper is bad, and they should order me an OEM one. But in reality, I know the tech chipped that piece because that portion was unpainted, signifying it broke after the paint job. Why don't you just speak up and say you messed up? 2nd attempt, the OEM bumper was installed and painted. Jose presented the car to me so clearly lopsided, but obviously, no one really cares. He then took it back in and brought it back out in 10 minutes. I was too fed up to be in the presence of that guy any longer, so I took my keys and left. After I parked down the street a bit, I took a more thorough look AND THE BUMPER IS STILL CLEARLY HAVING POOR FITMENT ISSUES. I reached out to Obed(Maybe misspelled) the GM after going to the Brentwood location to see if they could fix this mess, and no luck. Btw, the GM of Brentwood, David, even noticed an issue with the repair that I did not tell him about. Obed and I played phone tag a few times and I was the last person to leave him a vm and text without a call back. This place sucked. read more

She was super friendly and helpful. I was introduced to Luis and he went to inspect the car with me. They were able to squeeze me in within the same week.
