Truck was brought in for estimate Dana missed a few things on it. I caught it. She said don't worry about it. There's always extras then I brought it in the story changed all sudden they can't fix stuff the way they said they would and things that didn't get approved. I had to personally call the insurance company Over 15 times at least 2 hours on the phone fighting for something that I shouldn't have to fight for in the first place if it was done right Then it ended up getting repaired instead of replaced on items that was supposed to be replaced Then to pick up the truck, I had to return it. Four times still was not correct. Fifth wheel trailer hitch four bolts were not even tightened down even though I sent it in one time for that particular thing wires were hanging underneath. Check engine light come on it was a coincidence and until the mechanic said no there's a wire pinched from when they took off the bed of the truck . The list Goes on and on And then the general manager says don't worry I'll take care of you come in and we'll buy you And your wife a nice dinner. They gave me a $50 gift card so I guess we're going to Burger King. That was just a insult for how much time and energy I've put into this and the worst thing is they really don't seem to care read more

COMPLETE HACKS ! if you own anything nicer than a Yugo stay far far away. 3 months to install a bumper painted hood & left over FIFTY yes 50 pieces of dirt & craters ! lying thief's said they'd repaint it. They didn't they sanded & polished some of the defects & then polished the entire hood with water spots in it . yep , water spots under the polish now . these pathetic clowns are unqualified to fix anybody's vehicle. I just want to tell this staff Thank you... Not often do you encounter people that treat a person this way. After an awful experience with the wreck and dealing with insurance, the manager and his staff made this a pleasurable experience. My suv was repaired and delivered back to me ahead of schedule and was cleaner than before, they even buffed my headlights as a courtesy!!!! Who does this anymore??? Thank you guys, ALL of you!!!! I ask them to get the parts for my car before I brought my car in. They got the parts but not call me. I was also informed that one part that they quoted me was actually $700.00 MORE than the original quote. That was AFTER I had given them my car. I had to call them. I took my car in on a week ago Monday - was promised it would be done by that next Friday and I would be contacted through out the process. They never called me. I had to constantly call them to find out the progress of my car. I have had to call every other day to find out the progress of my vehicle (all of mine was truly cosmetic damage - no structurally damage). I went by today to get my car because I was told it would be done today (Monday - 1 week later). They told me that it would be done by 11:00 the next day. It is unbelievable that no one has called me and my car is not done yet. I don't know if I will get my car tomorrow. I did my car today but it was after calling them again to make sure it would be done. When I came in to get my car, I had some cash because I had no car to go to the bank. They immediately informed me that they would NOT TAKE CASH. Really?! I had to figure out how to pay them through three different sources. I DO NOT recommend them for anything. read more
