The communication with the office staff was great. However, the vehicle, after the repair had a significant shake. Brought it back and they said they missed things but it would need to go to a shop. Brought it to the dealer I use and was told that they couldn't believe it was released to me as it was unsafe to drive. They missed a vent axel, a broken axel housing, shocks that needed to be replaced, control arms that needed to be replaced and several other things. So five months without my vehicle due to their incompetence. I would not recommend using. Very disappointed with my experience there. read more

Had my car repaired here back in December of 2020. The bowed down to the insurance company and let the insurance company dictate on how to repair the car. By doing that they tried repairing the parts and not replacing them. And they used the wrong parts on the the car. After going back and forth about the issues finally back in January got them and the insurance to redo the work and replace the parts. But as of now the end of March no repairs have been done. I have personally had to remove over spray off parts of the car because I can't even get them to take the initiative to at least make that part right. The paint is starting to chip 4 months later. MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY they don't fight too fix the cars right the first time. And they will argue with you over the customer satisfaction claim. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Made an appointment with them 3 weeks in advanced to repair my vehicle that was hit by a deer. The day before my appointment they called me stating that they are not certified to work on my vehicle anymore. They could have told me that at the initial appointment and not have me wait 3 weeks for an appointment that wasn't going to happen. Now I'm stuck waiting another 3-4 weeks to get an appointment elsewhere. read more

I showed up (no appointment) at Caliber and from the time I was greeted, by Tammy, my experience was nothing less than pleasant. I explained to her that had a minor repair request, she then sent out a young lady named Lindsey, I showed her the window and she stated "it would not take them long at all to fix but wanted to confirm with the shop manager (I think)." 10 minutes later (literally) a gentleman by the name of Chase approached me in the waiting room (while I was eating the fresh popcorn! LOL) and stated "Ms. Thomas your vehicle is ready, please come take a look." I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking to get their damaged vehicle fixed. My wife received her car back from Caliber Collision with an inoperable hatchback door. They used the old latch from the damaged hatch when they replaced the hatchback door. It has been over two weeks and they will not make it right. So she's driving to the grocery store with a hatchback space that is inaccessible. All because the insurance company for the man that rear-ended her will not pay for it. That insurance company certainly paid them already. I suppose they charged the insurance for the part they did not replace and can't charge them again. We just want it fixed. If not the next step is an Atlanta news organization. read more

Best service ever! The employees were so polite and helpful the minute I walked inside. My car was estimated to get fixed in 5 days and they got it done in 1. Rick Smith was my service advisor and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to do the job. He immediately assessed the damage and told me in detail the steps they take to fix it. This place is super awesome! My beautiful truck was damaged by a person that does not know how to drive and fled the scene. Anyways, these guys made my baby beautiful again AND made sure I was taken care of as far as rental car and everything else with my insurance. I did not have to do a single thing but sign my name! When they finished with my truck I was sick with Strep throats and the awesome store manager brought my truck to me and took the rental car back for me!!!!! Caliber Collision is not to be trusted. I was given an estimate on the damages of my vehicle which approximate $1600.00. When I tooked it in for repair Gary calls and stated the repairs could be apprioximate $3000.00 +. He was telling me he would not know the damage until it is taken apart. He stated the front camera may be damage and I informed him that it had no front camera, then he stated he will check out the tail light. I told him I had no damage to the tail light. I know the cover on the head light was crack. Gary was feeding me a bunch of BS and trying to take advantage of me being a woman. My vehicle had minor damages scratches on the chrome front bumper and scratches near the headlight. I told this scammer all my sensors were operational. Caliber is not to be trusted. I also dropped my vehicle off at 0900 and he calls me around 1630. Damn scammer/liar. I pick my vehicle up and I will pay the cost and take it to a Mercedes body shop. BBB is next. read more

I don't appreciate you guys telling me each and every single day that my car will be ready tomorrow. I call up then again it'll be ready tomorrow.. They told me they had all the parts for my car already and for me to drop off my car right away. Then I call up they said the part they need didn't come and that it'll be ready tomorrow....like didn't you tell me you had all the parts in the first day.?? Then today my car was finally done they called me up and said your car will be ready in 5 minutes. I said ok I'll be on my way right now! I told them I had a drive to make they said ok it'll be here! Keep in mind they close at 5. I drive 45 minutes and get there at 5:30pm and nobody is even there in the office. I walk around for 15 minutes waiting for somebody just for hope there was absolutely nobody there. Don't tell people their car is ready and they can get it today if you're about too close for the day.. Such a waste of my time I'm very disappointed that's not professional at all! Keep in mind when your car is getting fixed and you've been waiting for almost two weeks you're excited to get it back right away! So as soon as he called I hoped in and we drove. So that was such a let down. Maybe next time when somebody is waiting for their car don't keep telling them it'll be done tomorrow just say I don't know but I'll keep you updated. I was very patient and was trying to be very understanding and now I'm just furious I'm not even one to be so mean. I try to understand everybody's situation but this is out outrageous! I don't suggest bringing your car here they are not reliable at all or professional and they clearly don't care about you getting your car back. Thanks John for wasting my time.. This place is absolutely horrible! Please do yourself a favor and find another place to take your car. I got into a wreck7 months ago and they still haven't fixed my car. After taking if three times over the months it's broken down on me twice, once with my 2 year old and my newborn in the car and the freezing cold. They never call and keep me updated like they say they're going to. I called him yesterday and he told me it was a good thing I had called because somehow he lost my number. I have no idea how this place is in business with the absolutely atrocious customer service I've received. I'm a single mother who is working full time and now also car less because of this business. There was an emblem on the trunk that was left off,I called and was told they would have to order it and would take 3 days.After nearly 3 weeks,and no phone call,I called them and was told they didn't know who told me that but they could not find a new one.I should have been told this up front,or at least a phone call plus there are places that redo these emblems if they had kept the old one,we were trying to keep the car original.I was told it was hard rubber,couldn't been redone but I believe it was metal the way it bent and after several phone calls,it seems to confirm it. read more
