Fast, clean, complete repair. Best collision shop experience ever. Got a crumpled fender near the passenger door from catching wife's car on some thick branches when backing out in snow. Chose this Caliber Collision Center from my son's positive experience there and happy I did. Jen and Jenn (Yes, two of them!) moved out before I finished checking in by locating the right fender replacement for a 2008 Subaru Forester as I was still in the store! The cost was reasonable and well-below what I had anticipated. Although a relatively small job, Caliber- Park Vista did not waste time in delivering the results. I was steadily informed of status and amazed when the results were available for pickup in just two days! Tried to take my truck here after a quote from Geico. I received the check from Geico found out that the bumper for my 21 ram was on backorder and would not be in for four months. And I didn't want cheap aftermarket replicas. So I purchased, an off-road bumper from four wheel parts. Took the truck and the quote to caliber and told them that no matter what the cost I would pay them directly in cash to do the bodywork and I would replace the bumper myself and I would drop the truck off without the bumper so they didn't have to deal with it. They refused and told me that insurance companies won't let them do cash jobs because it takes them off insurance work. So who owns caliber? Insurance companies. I think it's pathetic. read more

Worst place ever!!! They not only didn't fix my vehicle they told me the problem was "operator error!" They had my vehicle for over 1 month and didn't fix the problem. I visited Caliber Collision to schedule an appointment and left my contact information with the requested appointed date and time segment and was told to wait for a confirmation. Four days have passed and unfortunately the Caliber Collision team never got back to me to confirm my appointment. If this is how they provide service even before taking my car for repair, then I am wary of how I will be treated, the timeliness of the work to be performed and the attention to my car once they have it. My daughter's car was drive-able after a front end collision. We brought it in for an estimate and scheduled the work for 6 weeks later. The problem is that the "estimate" is really a wild guess. We figured they would order parts to be ready for the fix 6 weeks later. But no, we brought in the car and a week later they took it apart to figure out what parts it needed (I saw the damage and I could have figured it out myself). So after taking the car apart they order the parts and they get the parts in 4 weeks later. Now they have to "match the paint" and they also told us they could only work on it 4 hours a day. The car has already been in the shop for over 1 month and they're saying it'll take another 2 - 3 weeks. They apparently don't plan ahead. So bottom line, if you want your car back in any reasonable amount of time, take it to someone else. Don't trust this shop if they tell you it will take a certain amount of time... read more

My car took 2 weeks longer than was estimated and I was told by Curtis if anything felt or sounded off to bring it back. It made a noise so I took it back to him; he didn't hear it. I just got my car back from Caliber (Park Vista shop in Colorado Springs) sooner than they estimated and exactly when I told them I needed the car. Their service is professional and easy-to-use. Their staff is great. They repaired minor vandalism on one side of my car including repainting the driver's side door. The repair can not be distinguished from the original finish. Caliber had a seamless integration with my insurance company and there was little work for me to do. read more

Unprofessionalism and shoddy work seem to be a staple of this shop. Did not provide me with an estimate, would not communicate with me, all employees were extremely rude when I would go in. When I got the car back, most parts were replaced with cheap aftermarket parts, even if unnecessary. The 'paint job' on the repaired parts was one of the worst I have ever seen. Gouges, chips, and scratches throughout the new paint, as well as a dry spot. When brought to the attention of the man handling my case 'Hal', he claimed it would buff out, took it to the back, brought it back and absolutely nothing changed. They did all this work without giving me an estimate. Every member of the staff that I interacted with was extremely rude and uncommunicative. I will never ever do any work with this shop again. Insurance was alerted, and the vehicle will be sent to another shop to repair the shoddy work done by this shop. Would give 0 stars if possible. read more

Took my car in to get it repaired and painted. The paint job is not that great. When I picked up my car, they brought the car to me. Later on that day, I tried to get in my car, but the car door on the driver side would not open from the outside. So whoever brought me my car knew it wouldn't open, that's why it took him so long to bring it. To me he should of came and told me the car door wouldn't open. I think the managers name is Mike, he has dark hair and wears glasses. He is rude and unprofessional! I'll never go back here. read more

Excellent service! I could not have been happier with the service I received at Caliber Collision. My car looks like new. Drop off and pickup of my car was super easy. They straightened out the insurance issues quickly. They even had hot coffee in their waiting area. Everyone there were very friendly and the estimator lady did the estimate on her lunch break which was the only time I had to have that done. This shop is a joke. I took my truck to them for hail damage. The took pictures and sent the estimate to my insurance company. I tried for two weeks to set up an appointment and every tome I called they said they would call me back and never did. I finally talk to the person that sets the appointments and at that time she told me they don't work on aluminum body trucks. And no point from the beginning they told me this. They would just ignore my calls. This poor customer service made me decide I will never take anything to any of their shops. And I will tell every person I can about them. read more

These guys are simply fantastic. They did outstanding work, were completely professional, and very responsive. They worked flawlessly with our insurance and made things as easy on us as they could have been - including taking care of having our rental car picked up so that we didn't have to drive in a storm to take it back. Our vehicle looks fantastic - you could never tell that a dump truck nearly destroyed one side of it. I would recommend them to anyone. Time to blast #CaliberCollision...WORST company ever!! We had an insurance claim on our vehicle for over 10 grand an have been putting off working on it for months...well now it's been in the shop for over a month an we can not work on it because the managers throw their techs under the bus even though when they are told a vehicle can't be fixed a certain way they make you fix it anyways and then rip your ass when shit goes wrong...they treat their techs like shit and don't care about making sure the booth an welders are working properly...our manager has a personal issue with my husband because he makes more money than him...fk you dude he is commissioned NOT hourly...he busted his ass to make that...he works 12 hrs days an even on the weekends...so for them to treat us this way is uncalled for and I'm going to let it be known EVERYTHING that is going on in that shop...a bit of advice DO NOT take your car there ever bunch a money hungry theives and don't care who they hurt on the way up...coming from a business owner this is pathetic and I would never treat my employess this way Also...pretty sad when the president of the whole company questions why a car is being worked on instead of being a total...hmmmmm read more
