Everything about my experience was nothing short of amazing! I went in for an oil change and had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful. They made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. I had…read moreexplained that I had valet parked my vehicle and not only received a damaged vehicle back, but was also stuck with the repair bill. I was actually in disbelief about the legality of the situation, and had to do some research involving valet parking companies - but sure enough most have a legal disclaimers that protects regardless of fault. Regardless, it was a small scratch on the front bumper and I was getting quotes from local places. BumperDoc quoted me $800+ to repaint (no body damage) the scratches on the bumper. Something didn't seem right to me, and I took it elsewhere. I ended up getting multiple other quotes for $200-$300 at reputable collision places. I thought it was weird that this place tried to take advantage of us, especially based on other good reviews and the personal feel. The worker even tried to quote me on repairing one of my curb rash wheels on the vehicle for $175 each. I was unsure at the time, but later I found out that the going rate for repair is $50-$100 on minor curb rash. I honestly felt like the employee was trying to take advantage for whatever reason. Maybe our car being a 2017, and is moderately expensive could had something to do with it - but that doesn't mean I am willing to throw away money. Especially in an unfortunate situation, such as the irresponsible valet.

I was looking at paying a $500 deductible and having an increase in my insurance rate but now I don't have to worry about anything. Thank you Orlando and Precision Finish. I'd recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely use them if I have the unfortunate need of auto body work in the future. Just for a little SA, my GPS brought me there to the correct building but it was the front part which is preferred construction; you need to drive around to the very back side of the building and that's where Precision Finish is. I…read moretook my car to Precision Finish in November 2023 for insurance-covered collision repairs that included replacing the A/C condenser, cooling fan motor, bumper, and other parts. Unfortunately, it has been one problem after another ever since. The day after I picked up my car, I noticed it sounded like it was still running after I shut it off. I brought it back immediately, but Orlando assured me it was normal. A few months later, when the weather warmed up, my car began overheating so badly that I had to pull over multiple times to let it cool down. Over the next two years, I brought my car back several times. Different parts were replaced, but nothing solved the problem. Eventually, Honda diagnosed the issue: the aftermarket cooling fan assembly installed by Precision Finish was drawing too much amperage. Honda tech note stated "the fan motor, shroud, and blades do not match exactly what's needed." Once the correct parts were installed, the overheating finally stopped.The A/C also never worked properly after the original repair. The aftermarket condenser installed by Precision Finish failed, and Honda later replaced it under recall. Even after that, my A/C still doesn't work. Precision Finish now says it's no longer covered because the warranty has expired, even though it never worked properly after the original repair. In my experience, nearly every major repair done by Precision Finish had to be redone because of incorrect aftermarket parts, faulty aftermarket parts or improper installation. To top it off, the paint on my bumper is a terrible match. My car is metallic silver, but the bumper is a flat gray that doesn't match the rest of the vehicle. This experience cost me countless hours, repeated trips back to the shop, and lost income because I rely heavily on my car for work. DO NOT get your car repaired Precision Finish! You will regretted! Orlando (Shop owner) will tell you himself, he's not a license mechanic and he does NOT employ a license mechanic. Save yourself the time, frustration, and expense by taking your vehicle to a qualified repair shop the first time. I will be reporting Precision Finish to the attorney general, BBB and will exploring my legal options. I intend to pursue every available avenue to hold Precision Finish accountable.

Also, the folks working in the office do not communicate very well, you will have to call numerous times to get any information out of them. Overall the car looks pretty good so if your expectations aren't too high you will probably be reasonably happy. I knew going into this that they are not top tier painters. Being tired of receiving non-sensical outrageously expensive estimates from other shops to fix a…read morecluncking noise in the front end, I decided to go to Bowsers in light of the really good reviews they received. Am I glad I did! Robert quickly ruled out the suspension components as the cause of the clunking noise. After driving it a bit he narrowed it down to a loose brake caliper pin bushing. Noise is gone! Compare that to the other guys who wanted me to replace a "loose" control arms, sway bar links and struts. He told me what else he saw, whether or not it was absolutely needed, the pros and cons of doing or not doing certain things and explained everything very clearly. What a great feeling to be dealing with an honest man and a qualified shop. We have three vehicles and we are looking forward to bringing them all to Robert and his shop for service and maintenance.
