When you have a claims adjuster saying good things about you, you know you have a good reputation. The manager promised to take care of it, but over a month and a few messages later - crickets. From the bill it looks like ~$64 in parts and ~$30 in labor. The experience could have been great but for the minor annoying issue that should have been resolved expeditiously.
