They began the estimate in a timely manner, looked over what the problem was and found that it was a quick and easy fix, and took care of it immediately, without making me come back later. I would highly recommend this business (they have multiple locations around central Iowa) if you have vehicle body work that needs done. I had come here for a bit of body repair after a minor collision. The front staff were super friendly and helpful in arranging the repair. The repair person himself was friendly and professional and informative. The repairs themselves were perfect and the car looks great. Overall experience from beginning to end was very pleasant. My wife's car was damaged extensively due to hail storm. No tow truck appeared as was understood. I also understand that they were quite busy with this storm. When she asked about status she was told nothing had been done and she was clear that she didn't take the initial phone call so she was innocent. What?? It's quite a problem when you don't have a car and the service rep gets annoyed with your desire to know the status and blames someone else. It gets worse. She evidently went to her manager and God knows what she said, probably this lady wants to know what is going on with her car and she is frustrated. She came back to the phone and says, " my boss says if you don't appreciate our effort, maybe you should go someplace else" wow! We did go someplace else, we went to Urbandale Auto and they were fantastic!! Graham Collision doesn't need your business. read more

Working with Graham was awesome! The responses were quick and well communicated. They worked with my wife and her work schedule. Her CX-5 was damaged due to someone backing into the driver's door and front fender. Graham was quick to assess, and they did a phenomenal job with the repairs. They even matched one of the hardest paints to do with the Mazda Soul Red Crystal. They were also very responsive with the insurance company and worked it all out for us. Was hit by drunk driver and had used Graham before with a deer collision and was very happy. This time the damage was pretty minor as damage goes. Just a crease and small dent above drivers side rear tire. After calling us 3 times that it's done and a month later it still has this ripple wave ubove the rear tire. The last time they put the car in the bay instead of outside with bad lighting and was pretty much over it anyway. I've done better body work in my drive way as a teenager !!! read more

We were looking for a company that would repaint our 15-passenger van as the paint has been peeling extensively, and as it had very low mileage considering it is a 2004 van, we want to preserve this van from rusting any further. It is used for my handicapped husband, wheelchair bound, with lift and interior accommodations, and to buy an equal van would be upward of $78,000. We knew going in it would be $12,000 to $15,000 for the paint job, but still cheaper than a replacement, and we just put in a new lift to the tune of $11,000 last year. This van only has 93,000 miles despite being 20 years old, and the engine averages 300,000 miles. This company had two opportunities to tell us that they only do collision repair (which I would assume would include repainting, right?) through email or over the phone, but instead had me drive from Knoxville for an estimate which they refused to do. They wasted my time, my gas, and my patience, and they definitely heard about it. It turns out the front office girls, who have little experience at their jobs, were the ones making the decisions about having me come, not the technicians nor the management. Extremely angry that these uneducated receptionists led us on a wild goose chase, like so many places have here in Iowa, wasting our time, money, and nerves for nothing. read more

I had to take my car to Graham Collision to have some repairs. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure everything was back in line. He kept me informed by phone and he provided a rental car. I don't remember who told us about this place but we have been many times and we have always had a good experience. Lots of little repairs along our car's lives. When my SUV was totaled they held on to it and handled the insurance people for me so that I did not have to be there in person for the insurance agent's 'estimate' to fix it. Staff have always been courteous and speedy. Quick with estimates even when you stop by unannounced. Nice local place. read more

This is one of the best auto places I have ever been to. I was in the Urbandale area visiting family for Christmas, and on the day my wife and I were leaving town I slid through a stop sign and got hit. My grandparents said that they went to Graham whenever they had trouble with their cars, and my sister, who also lives in the area, has been there before as well. We brought in the car and had to leave it there since we live in central Illinois and had to get back for work and school. We communicated with Matt via email and he sent us a very detailed and thorough estimate for the repairs. Unfortunately for us the repair cost was going to be more than we could afford. At our request Matt then sent pictures to various salvage yards and helped us find a buyer for our car. He was one of the most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, and the fact that they are trusted by my grandparents and sister only solidifies my recommendation of them.
