My suv suffered damage from a recent wind storm. I had it towed to the Elizabethtown Caliber collision shop for repair. As soon as I enterd the lobby I was immediately greeted by the receptionist page ( I hope I spelled your name correctly) she quickly welcomed and assisted me then immediately connected me with the specialist who was handling my claim. Tj brought me to his office and explained from beginning to end the process for repairing my vehicle and what to expect. From that moment on they gave me updates via text message of the status of the repairs . There were a few set backs ,no fault of theirs and the staff handled them quickly and professionally!. Once my vehicle repairs were completed they called me promptly to set up a time to pick it up. I wasn't able to get there before closing but the staff patiently waited for me and went over the repairs with me to insure my expectations were met . I was beyond amazed by the quality of work they performed on my vehicle. It looked brand new!. I was able to meet everyone personally who worked on my vehicle and was able to bond with them as in talking to them I quickly discovered we shared things in common. I can't say enough about my experience with caliber collision but I definitely will allow them to do any and all of my future repairs. Caliber Collision took wonderful care of my 2018 Chevrolet Camaro 2LT RS. Camaro was sideswiped and took some damage to the driver side door and back panel. Good hit but it was a accident at the same time, my older brother did not see it. Took it Caliber and they started on it the same day. Took care of the rental and took away the stress and hassle. They kept me up to date on the repair with pictures and estimated time to be completed. JT and Paige and the entire crew all super friendly and you can take they take care of the customers. Will do business with them again and let friends and family they are good people. Very reliable and my Camaro looks just as new after repairs. Also hooked me for a free tint on my Camaro. By far the most polite and helpful people we have had to deal with when it comes to damage to our car. They are the reason I even started leaving reviews. Usually someone only wants to leave a review when they have terrible service so when I seen a sign inside the lobby about leaving a review I wanted to help these guys out. Very impressed with the repairs done on my truck and the timeframe repairs were done were beyond my expectations, had my truck back before the timeframe given.
