I'm coming up on 3 weeks…read moremy vehicle is in his shop. as far as i can tell it seems to be painted now he's sent pictures 5 days ago. The owner seems to avoid answering his phone or to respond to texts. having communication is kinda important. I've agreed after a handshake with him for him to do the work as the job from other shops would charge triple of what quoted me. Hindsight i would rather have paid the other shops and gotten it done in less than a week. I am at his mercy right now. The man is very nice but also is bad juju and his shop literally is never open you cant speak to him as he won't call you or he won't answer his phone. his shop is never open so you can't get in touch etc. He tags you along day by day and the times he has answered his phone he says he working his ass off, yesterday he said it done at 2 pm and and he was going to bring it to me. I live less than a mile away so he was going to bring it to me. Well where is it. Its now just wait but remember its on his terms and he does not keep you informed at at and his shop is closed or he won't answer your call. Overall i would not recommend score is an F.

After 2 weeks pass I decided to ask for money back for the portion that was incomplete and the owner got in my face and cursed me out saying I was not getting my money back and kicked me out. Had to get police involved they said come back the next day to get my money and when I returned he tried to short me on what was owed and threatened to fight if I called the cops again. Told him I was recording the confversation and I'll still call the cops after the fight if he wants to do something. After that he finally gave my full refund. Would not go here in case you need money back since they like to threaten to assault customers just to not give refunds

There is a wide variety of automotive paint supply available as well as other vehicle cleaning and polishing. The paint is customized to the customer/vehicle specifications. There was a male worker when we first arrived and he was helping one other customer, but did acknowledge us. It was fascinating watching him mix the various colors to the specifications needed. As soon as he started helping us, Linda arrived and took over. Linda was very pleasant and very helpful with all of our needs. She answered all questions and chatted with us.
