Jack Hart is hands down the best at what they do. I had my car door fixed at their shop and was highly satisfied with the job. They also were able to complete the job in a very timely manner and were happy to hold my vehicle while I was out of town at no additional charge. 3rd time they have fixed our vehicles- 1) My husband's truck when it got hit while he was deployed in Afghanistan - they saved me stress and fixed flawlessly and quickly 2) My two week old Camry after being impaled by a Panera umbrella - pretty quickly during Covid and lastly 3) My now 3 year old Camry after being ran into by a buck. Awesome experience! Took my car here for repairs was treated with respect. The staff here were professional and polite. They kept me informed on timelines and status of parts that had to be shipped from across the states, which were shipped and installed within a timely manner. Quick turn around had my car back within a week and a half for my damages rear end looks like a brand new car! Should I ever require their services again I will use them again. Great service! This locally (& family) owned shop has more certifications than most autobody repair locations in the area and guarantees their work, insurance aside. Estimates provided without appointment, although you can call ahead to minimize wait time. Have had three cars repaired here in the last eighteen months (let's just say that readjusting to driving stateside post-deployment has been a bit of a challenge for my favorite Gunney) - all received quality work. Shop dealt very effectively with USAA for two of three claims (3rd was other random insurance - a few more hoops, but fairly easily sorted out). One of the three repair jobs had some minor swirl marks left by a buffer that got too hot - they fixed it on the spot without a problem or question. I never felt like I got substandard help, the hard sell, or was being manipulated because I'm female. One star deducted because it takes awhile to get a repair appointment (hey,, they're good at their jobs!), they store the cars that they're working on in an unsecure lot that's adjacent to the shop property (that really lit Gunney up...), and they close on the dot of 5, Monday - Friday, which can make it hard to get there if you're working. read more

For very poor customer relations, because this shop has interfered with my insurance claim, and careless actions of the shop's personnel may result in further damages to my vehicle, I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to Jack Hart for repairs. After being rear ended, a friend referred me to Jack Hart for repairs. I went to get an estimate, and a guy spent approximately three to four minutes looking at my vehicle. He wrote an estimate, but did not include in the estimate a critical issue my vehicle is having since the accident. I reported that there is a vibration when driving since the accident. Because of the vibration, the car should not be driven to avoid further damages. The insurance company of the responsible party would authorize a rental vehicle for me immediately, so I can prevent further damage, but Steve at Jack Hart told the insurance company that the vibrations in my car is not from being rear ended. The vibration when driving did not happen before the accident. I called the shop to complain, and spoke with Steve. Though the man who wrote my estimate only took 3-4 minutes to look at my vehicle, the shop still insists that the vibration is not from the accident. I let Steve know that I would not be bringing my car there for repairs. His response was "well, you do whatever you gotta do." then he hung up quickly, without once offering an apology, or offering to take a closer look at my vehicle. I will hold this shop responsible for any damages that may result from having to drive my vehicle since the accident. read more

I always say I'll post reviews but never made it happen until now. These guys really went above and beyond working with my limited schedule, expediting a part, arranging my rental, calling my insurance company to clarify details, and saved me $151 of my deductible with a clause in my policy I didn't know existed. All I really did was drop off and pick up the car. Made life super easy on me and I'll def (but hopefully not have to) use them again in the future and refer my co-workers. I just want to say that my bumper was ruined after my accident and this shop completely renewed my car!! It looks like a brand new car! I am so in love all over again.
