This place is the absolute worst. Any review above one star is written by an employee, and it's all lies. They do horrible work; the paint never matches, and they take forever with your vehicle. They only do the bare minimum inspection for any related damages. They have zero regard for their customers and will charge the insurance company for work and parts they never replaced. I had a serious front end collision that required many new parts and re-wiring and I took my car to Caliber Collision in Forney. They encountered difficulty in finding some parts but they did the very best they could, and they kept me updated on their progress. From the front desk to everyone in the shop, they performed at a very high level of ecvellence. I hope I never have another accident, but, if I do, I will take it back to this repair shop. Gus, the General Manager, went above and beyond the call of duty to get my car back to me as quickly as possible and to make certain it was in top condition. I'm actually very disappointed with my experience. I have been without my vehicle for over a month now. Initially I was told it would be a couple of weeks. While they not be able to control the arrival of car parts, there is no sense of speed or importance for me to get my vehicle back. It is very obvious that this location has too much work and not tracking the delays for the vehicles. I have been told 3 times now, (on the day I'm scheduled for pickup) that my car isn't ready. This is unacceptable to wait for a promised part this long and not escalate. There is no regard for the customer. I will not be back again. read more

I would never leave my vehicle with this business again. I could talk about how I was told my vehicle wouldn't start the day they received it even though I personally started it the same day and watched the tow truck driver drive it onto his bed as well. I could also talk about how I didn't receive any updates on my vehicle until I called to inquire and expressed my displeasure with the lack of communication. I could also talk about the extra parts they decided to simply leave in my trunk, or maybe you'd be more interested in how they lied about replacing my tire after it took over 30 days to repair the vehicle and how I had to take it to NTB myself TWICE (once to replace the tire and again for alignment) taking time out of my day to finish their job. Better yet, you might be interested in hearing about how they didn't put my license plate back on the front of my car and I didn't notice until over a month later and when I returned they had it but of course never called me to correct their mistakes. Maybe you'd like to hear about how they went joy riding in my car, ran out ALL the gas and couldn't even lie correctly considering they gave me different sets of paperwork with conflicting mileage totals for when I dropped off and picked up my vehicle. I could tell you all of that but I don't want to complain too much so I'll just say that I'll never leave my vehicle unattended with anyone who works here ever again. My insurance company claims their doing an investigation and I'm hoping it results in this business being removed from their recommended provider list. read more

Well was suppose to come here for a hail damage claim for Germania and the hispanic lady that answered the phone literally hung up on me after being rude. Kept ranting about how she didn't know the process for estimates and apparently didn't have time for me. Down the road we go. I will definitely express my concerns to Germania. Can't believe they recommend this place. Its a body shop, how do they not know how estimates work? If they don't know the paper work part, how can I trust them to repair it? read more
