Hit a deer,bumper and front end damage... got my truck back and headlight was still cracked and a gouge on tge front of my hood tgat wasn't fixed.... front end damage they fixed the minimal! Missed a bunch that wasn't there previous deer strike. Front bumper looked like it was painted in a hime owners garage. Mind you I have a 2021 Chevrolet 1500 rst red so everything shows..paint is orange peeled. Poor quality and poor damage control!!! read more

I wish I could give more stars! My daughter recently ran my wife's new car into the garage door and scraped up the bumper and headlight. They took it in to Caliber and spoke to Richard. He looked and the car and told them he might have an easy fix. He was able to quickly buff off the garage paint and make the bumper look 99% new, with only a very small spot left. They were in shock how good he made it look right there on the spot. Then, the absolute craziest part! He refused to accept any money at all for the fix. I was stunned when they told me what happened. He could easily have taken advantage of the situation and quoted them the cost of a new bumper and headlight. This type of honestly and kindness is hard to find these days, and Caliber has definitely earned any future repair business I have. I was in an accident and messed up my car. Caliber Collisions called to schedule an appointment to get an estimate for repairs on my car. My family has worked with Caliber Collisions in the past ever since I was a little girl and have always been pleased. I go into my appointment and the nice service rep in the front Johnathan advised me the appointment was canceled. I advised it was changed from Thursday to Monday. He looked and said someone accidentally canceled my appointment for Monday and kept the Thursday time. It was a discrepancy on their part. He went in an open office to speak with two service advisors Stephannie and Crystal. Crystal was speaking loudly about my situation, going off saying it's not her problem someone messed up the schedule, and that she can't take me today. Then I asked were you just speaking about me? Because I was shocked this display of unprofessional behavior was not only in front of me, but my children as well. Then she ignored me! Stephannie stepped up, tried to diffuse the situation, but Crystal maintained her nasty attitude. I was there for almost an hour to only have the outside of my car assessed, have to reschedule another appointment, and to encounter a very miserable unprofessional lady with poor customer service skills. Shoutout to Mr. Richard who checked on us and gave us water, Johnathan, and Stephannie! I am truly appalled with my experience at this facility but the few that were friendly eased up some tension. We just had our Accord repaired at the Caliber Collision facility in Stafford (Nelms Circle). They did a fantastic job! The manager (Jim) took the time to evaluate the necessary job requirements and gave us an extremely fair offer. In fact, they beat the estimate at another local body shop (just down the road) by about $1,000. Not only that, when we picked up the car, they beat their own estimate and saved us ~$300! They aren't out to rob you by performing unnecessary work. They are super honest.  Additionally, the folks we worked with (Jim and the front office lady) were so nice. The whole transaction could not have been a more pleasant experience. We will certainly use them again if we ever have the misfortune of another fender bender (or worse). Thank you, Jim! Caliber gave great service in the repair of my truck. It had been rear-ended resulting in damage to the rear bumper and trailer hitch.

My insurance listed this place. As a preferred body shop. I think they have bumped their heads! They don't know anything about mechanical work, or about body work for that matter! Please stay clear of this shop and just maybe another location may have a clue! They will cause you problems further down the line and when things go bad who is going to cover that issue, they will blame you! if something seriously goes wrong, it will cost the owner not the shop! Luckily i have some idea about cars or the engine may have blown up! Very poor job as far as I am concerned! I have a spoiler that I bought for my car and decided I wanted Caliber Collision to paint it for me based on the reviews I saw on google. They say don't judge a book buy its cover, well in this case this is the opposite. I had went in yesterday(9/25/2017) to ask them if they would paint the spoiler for me and someone who I'm guessing is the manager said it's their policy that they can't paint anything the shop doesn't receive or something along those lines. To me that doesn't sound right because I've had a couple friends go to the location off Lafayette Blvd and get worked done on parts that was not received by Caliber Collision with no problem, The only reason I went to the crappy location off Rt 17 is that I was close to there that day. They potentially lost a repeat customer by refusing my service. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY CALIBER COLLISION. I would rather take my vehicle or parts to a Mom and Pop body shop that's well known then to a Body Shop that refuses service to someone. read more
