Fabulous service. Very honest business! I called when I was out of state and they ordered the part I needed, so it was there and available to be installed on my vehicle when I got to VA. The receptionist was extremely friendly and professional when I called. I talked to one of the technician's named Eric before I came to VA and he explained everything in detail to me, he was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Took my truck here for an estimate on the rear bumper/quarter panel and Rich was awesome. Had an estimate to me that day. I didn't even get to the schedule my truck to go in for work and a guy lost control of his car on 95 and i hit him now i had front end damage. This poor truck was in rough shape. I was sad its only a couple years old and it looked like a hunk of scrap. Now i had quite a bit of damage. Most of the front end had to be replaced and the bed had to come off and get a new panel put in. I didn't even want the truck after its 2 accidents a couple weeks apart. They had the truck for 3 weeks which was very reasonable considering the amount of damage was on it. Tire needed to be replaced, bed liner had to be repaired, both bumpers were scrap, tailgate was junk, the hood and grill were messed up, taillight and headlight were broke. It pretty much needed it all front and back A lot of work went into this truck to make it look like showroom again. I was so amazed that it could even look that good again. I just moved into the area right before all this happened and i didn't know a single person down here in stafford. This was the first place i went to and just by the way Rich helped me i knew i didn't have to go anywhere else. These guys did great work and you wouldn't even know the truck had any sort of damage to it. I will continue to use these guys for all my work i need. Although i would like to keep it out of the shop if possible :). These guys know their stuff and you can rest assured you will get your car/truck back in mint condition. I have brought my minivan here twice now. Both times I have received outstanding service. Most recently I took it there for an estimate (I always get 3-4) on repairing a minor sideswiping. The previous place (Professional Collision Center) quoted me over $800 to do the job. The gentleman at R&D took a look at the marks, discussed with me that it was very minor and would probably just buff out, and asked for my keys.
