I have California Casualty and therefore my insurance chose this auto repair. The receptionist was over the top friendly and was very helpful. My mechanic was good and thorough with explaining what he wanted to get done. However, after 10 full days of getting my estimate, my insurance had even sent over the check... I still had NOT heard from Caliber. I thought I was suppose to receive a call to set it up because I was not even sure my estimate had been completed until my insurance claims adjuster called inquiring. There is a text message that updates you on every move of your car- and the mechanic also called to let me know the estimate was increased and exactly why. It is also super easy with rental because enterprise has their own desk to have the rental waiting for you once dropping off your own car, and you can leave your rental when picking up your car back. Makes its very convenient!! My down falls were that I was told my car was going to be ready on Tuesday on Monday night. I called Tuesday late afternoon because I hadn't heard from anyone- And was told it was going to be another few days because a part didn't sit right. I was upset and it was a mess with changing my rental dates. Then I got a call on Wednesday saying my car was actually fixed and found out the issue was that they mixed up my car with someone else's who was identical. I would expect better from the organization- with my name identifying the car. AS WELL, my car was supposed to be washed. There is dirt all over the back- as well as a NEW black mark on the bumper!!!! My hatch was fixed so I know 100% the mark is from them. Very upsetting and ruined my great feelings I had before and during my repair. The work was done flawless and you can't even tell all the damage there was. If your insurance makes you go there- it's not awful. But I would go otherwise after the few miscommunications and new marking.

I had my car repainted here because it had been keyed on 3 of the 4 doors. Went to pick it up, and…read moreonly 2 of the doors had been painted. They had to check the original claim and realized that they messed up, so it took them almost another week to paint the third door. So that was 2 weeks without my car due to their error. I get my car and see that the paint on the 3rd door doesn't match the paint on the other doors because it was mixed at a different time (again, because of their error). Then, when I get into the car, I see someone left black greasy fingerprints on my gray, cloth seats!! There was also a scratch on the interior that wasn't there when I dropped my car off, which is brand new and I've had for 6 months. Overall not a good experience because it took longer than necessary, the paint job isn't great, and they made my interior dirty!

This was the closest so we made our appointment and off we went. From the beginning they made everything as easy as possible. Thankfully we're not experienced in collision repair! They were professional. They were courteous. They did a great job! They stayed in contact with us giving us up dates or the progress. Thanks Taran! Got the car back sooner than expected and they even went above and beyond on the service. Extra cleaning and touched up things that were not on the repair sheet. Yes, it is a long process but worth it. Highly recommend Randy and his crew.

Not just good, Excellent!!…read more I am the person who gets screwed all the time. People can not come close to the quality of workmanship or the attention to detail I expect. This is not a BS review!! I did not want to bring my Tundra to any body shop. My past experiences with them have been very poor. They do a poor job and lie or say that's as good as it gets. I dealt with Joe Kidd. He knew it wasn't happy being there. I told him very nicely in plain English, "anyone who touches my truck, tell them don't fuck with my truck!" To take your time, I don't want a rush job! I don't want to see boogers, runs, orange peel, blends, etc! I had "ajadah" to say the least leaving my truck there!! It went from ok to worst!! The guy who hit my truck, hit it so hard that I got a call from Joe that the whole door and running board needed to be replaced. Ajadah level peaked at 100 plus!! Now I even more had a bad feeling about leaving my truck there! 9 days latter the call came in that I dread! Come pick up your truck! I went over the truck 2 times inside and out, left, right, front to back and I was very pleasantly surprised! The paint looked factory!! NO BOOGERS, FISH EYES, ETC. The body lines were perfect. There was no scratches on the interior panels. I found nothing loose, nothing damaged, nothing broken, nothing wrong with the truck. I told Joe in front of him, that I'm seriously trying to find something that I don't like about the job that was done, and I can't find anything. The next day I went over the truck 2 more times in natural sunlight at different angles. I could not find any flaws in the paint job including color match, metallic flake, or anything else that was removed from the old door and installed to the new door. OK, let's nitpick this to pieces. The only flaw that I saw on the truck was the front door didn't close flush to the rear door as it should, about 1-2 millimeters off. It took the guy 10 seconds to adjust it and it was perfect! (Normal) The second very minor detail was the next day i saw on the interior of the driver's side rear door was somebody's dusty finger prints. (A quick wipe with a damp cloth, done) The last nitpick thing was VERY SLIGHT SWIRLL MARKS in the paint from buffing. (Normal) AGAIN THIS IS VERY MINOR, hardly noticeable and will go away with the first waxing of the truck. So on a scale of 1-100. I give the workmanship and attention to detail 99.5!! My truck is as close to perfect as possible except for the bad memories of the jackass who hit my truck. This is nothing personal,,, I hope never to see Joe Kidd again, or go to Turnersville Collision for any type of repairs again. But if I do, I feel safe and rest assured that Joe and their body shop "artists" will meet my expectations in the future. Thanks for the excellent job! Glen Kane 1/15/19 Just a quick update, been more than a year and absolutely nothing is wrong with the truck after the repairs. There are no rattles, squeaks, noises, paint problems or mechanical problems with the door. Everything is perfect. Thanks again for the great job.

Each time I complained that the bumper wasn't right, the techs dismissed me and made me feel like I was nitpicking. I finally took my truck to Caliber Collision on W. Main in Marlton for a second opinion. They discovered that instead of replacing my damaged bumper, this shop had just used a massive amount of glue to force the old, broken parts together. To make matters worse, Caliber found a tool that had been left inside the bumper assembly. Caliber warned me that the glue would have eventually expanded, causing the bumper to fall off entirely. They are dishonest and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs!

**FRAUD ALERT | Worst Shop & Customer Service Ever**…read more Took my car to Rocco's for minor paint damage--no dents. What should've been a 2-day fix turned into 6 weeks of lies and shady practices. They claimed the car was ready, then suddenly said the frame and suspension needed replacing due to a "discontinued part." I called my dealer--part was in stock. Rocco's was "shocked," then shifted the story again. They even claimed they were working with my dealer for the parts, my dealer confirmed they never heard back from Rocco's. Staff was rude, blamed me for the damage (!), gave zero updates unless I called, and dragged the process out. I finally had the car moved to another certified dealer by my insurance. Three technicians assessed the car to be certain & they confirmed all it needed was an alignment (which Rocco's claimed they already did). Nothing else. Been driving it for weeks--perfectly fine. **I have receipts & documentation to prove everything I said.** Don't trust this place. Save yourself the time, money, and emotional stress.
