I will start this review by stating that the body work came out "okay," although it was just minor…read morerear quarter panel damage with some driver side rear door damage, which happened as it sat in a parking lot. However, that is the only positive thing I can say about this place (even though the body work was okay, it blew my mind that they left a white waxy substance on the inside of the gas cap cover which was the first thing I noticed). And instead of parking the car outside the front door where a normal pickup would be, they parked it near Route 42, making sure I got some early-morning exercise in by walking out there. But worse, whoever parked it that far away also parked it so close to a hardscape wall that my door hit the paver wall when it opened; and I did not even open the door that far! Unbelievable -- at a body shop no less!! When I made the appointment (you better be on time!), I immediately felt a sense of gloom and low morale. The guy who handled the estimate was rude, abrupt and overall miserable. Because Labor Day was the following week, they made the pickup date almost 2 weeks from the dropoff date (knowing that I did not have a rental car on my policy, that was hugely inconvenient). Then, I asked the estimator if he could give me a separate estimate for a new bumper, which gets beat up from parking lot concrete blocks that are sometimes too high for the Camry bumpers. His estimate was mind-boggling, extremely high! I also asked, just to have a baseline price, how much a new paint job would be. He outdid himself on that price, also! The worst part may be the woman who works in the front. She had an ice cold personality and I felt she was very nasty and rude (before you even open your mouth to talk). The description "very harsh personality" comes to mind. When she called to tell me it was ready, I felt I was being scolded. (In fact it wouldn't surprise me if I found out she was the one who ordered my car parked far away from the business just out of spite for me mentioning the extra-long time they planned to fix the car. The payment transaction was quick, but that's because she was slamming everything on her desk, moving quickly as she took the payment. I literally could not wait to get out of there!!

I scheduled this service a week ago for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma work truck. Because I no longer live in Haddonfield full-time, I drove over an hour and stayed the night specifically to ensure the truck was there for its Thursday slot. The same person who set the appointment called me THIS MORNING to confirm the work was on schedule. I arrived at 4:45 PM only to find my truck hadn't moved. Instead of an apology for the massive logistical inconvenience and broken promise, the representative was dismissive and rude. When I stated I would be leaving a review about this poor service, he became hostile, deliberately tore up the paperwork in front of another customer, and told a decade-long client to never return. Between my personal vehicles ($17,000) and my crew's vehicles ($25,000), we have been the definition of loyal customers. To be met with this level of unprofessionalism and a total lack of accountability is a massive red flag. If they treat a $42,000 client like garbage, they will certainly do the same to you. A shop is only as good as its word and its management; unfortunately, Nobles has lost both. We are taking our fleet elsewhere.

They gate was still closed, so…read moreI left a typed note explaining that I wanted an HVAC diagnostic because the system motor was working, but it wasn't blowing either hot or cold air. I added that the actuator was moving and the heater hose was getting hot, but the air coming through on any setting was neither hot nor cold. So I wanted a diagnostic to figure out what was wrong. I also wrote that on their envelope before dropping my key in their box. Their lot was so packed, I had to park in an overflow lot across the street. By 11 AM, I hadn't heard from them, so I decided to give them a call to make sure they found my vehicle in the overflow lot and to confirm my notes. I called them 14 times between 11 AM and 3 PM and there was never an answer. Their voicemail message said to leave a message and they would respond within 24 hours. But I didn't have 24 hours. I needed my vehicle back the same day. I called an Uber to take me back there after 3 PM to find out what was going on and that's when I finally got a call. But I was already less than a block away. When I went in, they said they were calling to tell me exactly what I told them in my notes and when I made the appointment, that the AC wasn't working and they wanted to know if I wanted them to run a diagnostic. After 8 hours, they did nothing to my vehicle other than turn on the heat and AC and only told me it had the very same problem that I brought it in to have them diagnose. According to them, the appointment was just a placeholder and did not impact when vehicles are serviced, which defeats the entire point of an appointment. They said I should have told them if I needed my vehicle the same day, even though nobody was there when I dropped it off and nobody was answering the phones. As for the phone calls, they said they only had 1 person answering 5 lines and that's why none of my 14 calls over 8 hours were answered, and it was my responsibility to leave a message ... in spite of the fact that their voicemail said it could take them 24 hours to respond. I've been here before and the service was much better than it was today. Those days, I'd give them 5 stars. But the absolute minimum I need for someone servicing my vehicles is that they have someone to answer at least 1 of 14 phone calls, and that they pay attention to the reason I dropped my vehicle off in the first place.
