When someone vandalized my car I was hopeless literally, until I came across caliber car collision. Ms. Carol is perfect she answered right away, she is so nice and sweet, very informativ, and just all around nice and very professional. The manager Reed was great as well after they went and got my car from my home they said it would take about 10 days to be completed. We did a walk around just to make sure nothing else was messed with. Reed kept me updated during the whole process. Now when I went to get my car I was shocked!! Joe, Jason and Jordan They did such an amazing job with car they all went above and beyond and they didn't have to do it but they did!!!! My car was rear-ended at a stop light doing significant damage some of which was not readily apparent. My insurer allowed me to pick the repair shop and I chose Caliber Collision based on excellent previous experience with them. Mr Nestle processed us into their busy appointment queue and pointed out damage the insurance appraiser had missed. Since we thought our car was safe to drive, we would have caused additional damage had we done so. We received text messages daily informing us of the repair progress. Mr Nestle's entire team from the receptionist to the repair techs were friendly, professional and quick. They finished the repairs two days ahead of promised date. I am very well pleased with everything about this location from the front desk lady, to the employees behind the glass windows and front offices to the technicians who performed miracles on my vehicles!! This was my 3rd go'round with needed this type service (unfortunately) however, with as painful as these situations, Caliber made it the best experience EVER! My 2017 and 2019 do not look or ride as itmf they were ever involved in collisions. The repair on my vehicle is fantastic. The service repair crew did an outstanding job of removing and replacing the damaged parts. There work was flawless. The paint job is like factory quality--my car looked exactly like it did the day I bought it. From start to finish his attention to detail, his politeness and follow up are what stands out. I asked him to call the insurance company, months after their job was finished, and he didn't hesitate.
