We always go to Caliber for our auto body work. They were able to get us in quickly for the estimate and they got our vehicle done in a timely manner and they beat all other estimates we had- great value for the great work they provide! They also kept us updated along the way. I didn't have way to pick up my car when it was finished so they sent their driver Ray to pick me up or offered to deliver my vehicle!!!! Their customer service is fantastic and everyone we came into contact with (Lisa, Gonzalo, Sibrahim and another gentle man) were absolutely fantastic ! They're not a bad shop but they rushed when fixing my car multiple times. First time they installed the shock incorrectly and it made noise, after they put it in correctly the next time around they did not torque one of the bolts so it made a lot of noise again. Long story short I don't recommend this shop unless you want to learn cars and work on your car yourself after or take it to another mechanic. I had to take off the wheel on my car and make sure everything is snug, and had to pay for some tools. I didn't want to go back to that shop because the hassle was not worth the headaches despite my car being warrantied and the work being free. (I fixed the issue myself for now, no need to message me ) read more

Had a appointment for a repair quote last Friday and that went well in and and without a hitch. They had said I would receive a email quote on Monday, Wednesday came with no quote so I called. Gentleman pulled my file and got my email again and said he would give my info to someone who would email mail me. It's been a week with no response. I do not recommend this place. read more

I was treated poorly by phone customer service trying to get my daughter's vehicle scheduled to be fixed. My daughter passed away in her car due to fentanyl poisoning. I was trying to get her car fixed and due to my emotional state was denied service after a bad conversation created by an error by the insurance company. All of which where a simple mistake and could have been handled better. Very disappointed how they left the inside of my trunk. After being rear ended, aside from the bumper damage, the lining inside my trunk was not right. I did not look inside my trunk when I picked up my car, big mistake! Two weeks later, I finally noticed it, not only was it the same inside, also my jack and jack wrenches were missing. The board that covers the spare tire underneath the carpet is also gone. When I went back to retrieve my things, all I got was a jack. They tried to tell me that's all that was in there. Check EVERYTHING in your car before leaving this place or you won't get it back! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is a rip off, they onlubrepair cosmetic damange and not mechanical. The first time I picked up vechile it was missing the wiper blades due to them breaking them. I spent more than an hour waiting after going back to get them fixed. Then come to find out they didnt fix anything and stole 6 light nuts from my vechile. Come now 2 more weeks later I get my car back have to pay a fee for tires that were damaged in the accident but I wasn't going to fight with them after being told to not contact my insurance on all these issues. Dont waste you time here go to another shop. read more

I felt so welcomed here. I walked in& they are so sweet & patient they handled all my questions & took care of all of my needs. My favorite was how they kept me informed the whole time my car was in the shop, when I went to pick up my car I was greeted with a smile and my needs were dealt with in a timely manner. Let me start off by saying that what started off as a good experience with Zack at Caliber Collision quickly turned into the most dishonest and unprofessional experience ive ever encountered with a company. My husband had brought in his 2018 Cadillac XTS to have a few things re-done from previous work that was done at a different location. My husband was a little impatient and our Go To Girl Maria at Caliber Collision in Corona was out for awhile due to being sick. So we figured we would take it to the Caliber Collision that is right down the street from us and just have the work done there. Jason the manager from Caliber in Corona was awesome and told Zack to take care of everything that needed to be done so that my husbands car was back in the condition it was before the accident. Everything to our understanding was going great. We were getting ready to leave for vacation and Zack had assured us my husbands car would be finished in time and that they were going to even detail and wax the car for us before picking it up. So, when we went to pick up the car we were in a bit of a hurry and the areas they repaired looked good. so off we went. This is where things took a turn for the worst. We had left for Vacation and during our drive my Husbands car alerted me saying his lights needed to be serviced! So, we pull over to see what could be going on with the lights. My husband was in shock and beypond pissed when we saw the back tail light was broken and there was water and soap bubbles inside (from when they washed my husbands car) thats why the sensor was triggered and notified us something was wrong..... We immediately called Caliber Collision in Hemet and spoke with Zack and he was a complete jerk to us. Was basically telling us that if his guys had broken the light they would have told him and they didnt mention it to him so there for it must not have happened at his shop. and it was our word against his. At that point we were so upset about this. Zack had an attitude and talked to us like we were stupid, argued about everything we had to say to him and denying the fact that the light was broken by them at his shop. Even had the nerve to tell us that he wasnt going to take resposibility for this over the phone and then had the nerve to tell us that Mistakes Happen. I would definitly NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKE THERE VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP LOCATED IN HEMET!!!!! read more
