Brought my Cadillac Lyriq in to have the back side panel fixed after a biker ran into it and damaged the side panel and brake light. I called ahead of time and asked them to order the new light panel, they ordered it and called me when it was ready. 24 hours after I had left the car with them they called to ask what I was planning to do with back light panel. I asked her what she was talking about and she said it is broken also. I told her it was not broken when I left the car the day before. We drove there to see the car and within 24 hours somehow the rear back brake light had become broken. They would not take responsibility for this when it was in their care and on their lot. read more

I went with menifee collision center after reading all the great reviews on here. I 100% recommend contacting them if you need work on your car done. The communication was great, work was done on a timely manner and the WORK WAS AMAZING! They were so helpful even after I got my car back. One of my lights wasn't turning on and I called and they said to bring the car back. I did and they fixed the light. Just a side note: I paid out of pocket and I wasn't hit with "surprise repairs". Raul was honest and let know me if he found something major he would let me know but if it was minor stuff that didn't effect how my car performs he wouldn't try to get me to fix those minor issues since I was paying out of pocket. read more

Karina and Raul were extremely Rude and unprofessional. They ended up charging MORE THAN DOUBLE the initial estimate!!!!!! NO ATTENTION to DETAIL!!!!! A very disappointing experience!!!!!!! My car was vandalized and had a scratch from the front passenger fender(that was dented & needed to be replaced) to the rear bumper. I had repair work done previously at Caliber collision in Temecula and service was ok. They missed a couple of things. So, I painstakingly visited 7 repair shops that had GREAT reviews. In choosing Menifee collision, I wanted to support a smaller business, they received excellent reviews and initially were very customer service oriented...... now for the 1 star. They initially attempted to return my car with orange peel paint texture. Their finishing work was TERRIBLE. They COMPLETELY missed the rear bumper scratch that was in the initial estimate. They removed the clear door guards and wanted to give the vehicle back without them. They took off my wheel stem caps and never replaced them. When I brought all the issues to their attention, they stated they would fix it, but made excuse after excuse. The initial estimate was for $2800...final was $6400. They called during the repair and stated the "bumper clips were broken and the fender liner had rat damage" I never inspected the items or asked for pictures- which I should have-they did work that DID NOT NEED to be done to get more money.... Upon final delivery of the vehicle, Karina and Raul were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional! I wanted to check that all the lights worked as the bumper had been replaced and has sensors in it. They would not let me start my car!!!! I had to ask 6 times!!! There were also loose parts on the front end that a technician needed to fix before we drove off on "pick up day" I don't understand how they got such good reviews. This review is long overdue as this has been my one stop shop for our family, both my husband and I have brought our cars here for dent repairs after a friend recommendation. I now live in OC and my daughter who is a new driver hit the side of a parked car, yes, she left her information and we dealt with the insurance on that case. We took our car to Julio for a side bent fender repair, he was able to accommodate us on short notice, the car looks great as if nothing ever happened. We took our vehicle in for repair with an initial estimate around $3k. We got a call from them today increasing our estimate to $10k. When we went to the shop they pointed out additional damage to the bumper and an additional broken rear light. The damage was absolutely not there when we dropped off the vehicle. read more

I had what I thought was a car in need of a paint job so l came to Menifee Collision Center for an estimate. Spoke with Robert and let him know I was trying to figure out whether I should go through insurance ($500 deductible) or pay on my own. Robert took a look at the car and suggested that I'd be better off going with a "paintless dent removal" service, as they'd be a lot less expensive than an auto body shop. He pulled up a few on Yelp and showed them to me, since I'd never heard of that type of business before. Robert was right - I ended up finding a 5 Star Mobile paintless dent removal company to fix my car, for less than half of the insurance deductible! I'm going to try and make this review very thorough. I came to Menifee Collision Center after my car had been hit by a loose tire on the freeway. I had a big tire skid mark on my left side bumper, and a cracked fog light frame. I looked up several places in Temecula & SD(I travel between city). Most places I've looked into are not open on the weekends and they close by the time I get off work. I never looked into Menifee, but I gave it try since I work in Menifee. I looked int Menifee Collision Center bc their hours are convenient & open on Saturday. I called Menifee Collision Center and I spoke to Robert. He told me to come by so he can look at it my car & give me an estimate. Off hand, Robert gave me an estimate, printed out the summary of what work needed to be done. He was very honest & straightforward. You can tell he's been doing this for a long time bc he explains the reasons behind the cost. I left & waited for Robert to call me when the parts for my car have been ordered. Within 2 days, I got a callback from Robert; he told me the parts have come in, & that I needed to make a deposit to start the work. After the deposit, I took my car in about 3-4 days later bc it was raining that weekend. I dropped off my car during my lunch, and my co worker followed. Within 2-3 hours, my car was done. I came by at 4:30 before closing, & I paid remainder to conclude my deposit. Robert explained to me that there is still a mark on my bumper due to the tire impact, but you can't really tell unless you look at it. I was aware that paint job is additional service fees, but overall I'm happy with the results. He offered to do the paint job in the future, I told him I will let him know(: Robert & his brother are very nice, genuine & they give you a homely vibe. My insurance company had written off my car as a total loss. It is an older vehicle and they may not have wanted to bother with it. I took it to Menifee Collison Center and they were very honest with me upon reading the insurance company report not to be too optimistic about the outcome and warned me there might be hidden issues that would not allow the car to be fixed. But they took the time to take things apart and confirm the exact extent of the damage. They also cautioned me that it would take some time to find the parts, but they were able to find the parts and were able to get my car looking and working great! I plan to pass along the car to my teenage daughter when the time is right. I understand that everyone's outcome might not be so positive, but I absolutely recommend Menifee Collision Center to anyone who needs work on their vehicle! The staff was very polite and courteous with me. They called me with updates and were always available to answer my questions. The primary issue was the difficulty obtaining parts, due to manufacturing delays. Also, a key employee was off for personal reasons, delaying the painting. This shop is by 74 hwy, they are right across the huge mufflers sign on a dirt pad. I recommended this place to my father in law who got into a car accident. The guys did a great job.
