No joke... first thing they did when I told them I had JUST locked my keys in the car while transferring personal items to a rental was SMILE, insisted it was no problem and that they'd take care of it. Caliber Collision is incredible for repairs and service. I was hit 9 months ago, and the repair was so outstanding that I asked them to repair a side panel on my car. The only timeframe I was able to be without a vehicle was over a long weekend. Amy from Collision kept me constantly informed about the parts, repair, and timeline. Amy also met me at Caliber Collision on Mother's Day and on a Sunday to get my vehicle back to me so I would be able to use my car to commute to work. The repair price was also fair. This is the worst bodyshop in Town! Buyer beware. I do not recommend. My wife was side swiped at a gas station while pumping gas by someone pulling a trailer. Our 2022 Kia Telluride before our first payment was wrecked, what a nightmare. What else can go wrong now? Well Caliber Collision was referred to is via Progressive Insurance, what a huge mistake. Due to conflict of interest between Progressive & Caliber Collision means cheap labor in order to save Progressive money and screwing the consumer. They did not take the parts off the vehicle prior repairs and painting. We discovered overspray, fisheyes, trash under the cleat coat, swirl marks, wind noise, moldings falling off. Our findings and concerns, went completely ignored by Caliber Collision. As I write this review, (3) months later, we are still waiting on a wheel replacement. read more

they made me feel like the wreck was my fault! I was rammed by a truck and when State Farm sent me to Caliber Collision I went, bad decision, the front desk receptionist was rude moment I entered the office. Estimator made me wait even though I was on time for appt. During inspection the Estimator kept asking me if this dent or that scratch was already there, could I remember seeing it there before accident. These scratches were next to major damage, as if I could tell each dent was created in accident. I'm now going on 5th week waiting for car to be completed. Don't use this shop! After a collision in the front passenger side of my vehicle, I took my car to Caliber Collision, as they partner with my insurance company. I have to say that at first I was very impressed. They were polite, fast and appeared thorough. They kept me updated and even finished repairs 2 days early. Fast-forward 2 weeks and I noticed that the front passenger tire was completely shot. I took it to a tire place for an alignment and was SHOCKED when they returned the report. It is completely clear that even though Caliber Collision they did a good job on the aesthetic repairs, they did not touch the functional repairs needed - the alignment of my car! I called them to let them know of the huge oversight and to seek reimbursement for the alignment, and was told that "It's not like we charged you for something we didn't do. We didn't even check it... There wasn't obvious damage to the tire area, so we didn't check for alignment issues." STAY AWAY if you are looking for collision repairs, or be prepared to pay for additional damage repair by others. read more

Melanie the manager was the BEST to work with. She was very attentive to our concerns and very pleasant.

My quarter panel has pinholes and orange peel that extends to the door and rear bumper. The technician broke a bracket off of the rocker and "fixed it" by gluing the bracket instead of plastic welding it. Technician also ruined the door panel and now nothing fits back where it's supposed to and didn't plug in the window switch because the entire module was broken and not reported or replaced. They didn't mask off around the weatherstripping and now there's paint on the weatherstrip and paint on the window. The clips taken off of part of the weatherstrip that was actually taken off were all broken and not replaced. The bumper doesn't line up with the brackets and they said that that would be a courtesy to fix it even though there was damage from the accident that caused the bumper to shift. We also asked for the names of the people and did not receive them. This was the second time we had to return the vehicle because of issues caused by the lack of knowledge and consideration of the entire shop. read more
