I had a 7:30 AM appointment scheduled for this morning at the Mooresville North Carolina location. I got a text message that the appointment was confirmed when I got to the location they had changed their hours to 8 AM. I could see people moving around inside so I called the answering machine it said they open at 7:30 yet no one would come to the door and the guy looked right at me sitting in my car. I get the need to sometimes change hours but you should call the customer and let them know. As a business owner I know how it is to run a business and this was not acceptable. Please don't forget to update your answering machine and appts scheduled before 8AM. I was referred to you by State Farm. read more

Unfortunately, this weekend I ran into some debris (mattress stuffing with a metal piece sticking out...GRRRR!) on I-77. My insurance company works directly with True2Form & suggested I go there for an estimate. I am pleased with the initial attention I received when I entered the shop. The receptionist was pleasant, took my information & within minutes a representative came & we went to look at my damaged car. She was very thorough in explaining the process, took plenty of pictures & was very patient when I asked questions. Back inside, she quickly typed up my estimate & did not pressure me into using them for the repair work. Based on other estimates I received, they seem very reasonable. The place was clean, bright, music was nice, not blaring. Other employees there were friendly. If I choose to use them, I will write an update about my experience. ++ edited 1.12.12 - I decided not to use them. I am going with a certified VW colliision repair center. This place is not worth your time. I came here based on reviews and the insurance company recommended this shop when my car was hit. Instead, less than 24 hours after it was time for me to pick up my car, it was "vandalized" in their private lot. Since this place is pretty private I'm almost positive it was an inside job. Don't go here if you want your car parts and belongings where you left them. read more

Paint job was sub par - did not cure correctly. Lifetime warranty is limited and useless. Sure do wish I went to the dealer for body/paint work. Car was not ready on time. Office staff did not get back to me when they said they would. 8/11/17 UPDATE: Jerry the Market Manager reached out to me to talk about the paint issue. He arranged to come to my house and look at the paint that was still "soft" after many months. He agreed that the paint did not harden correctly and arranged to repaint at no cost to me. True 2 Form took great care of my husband AND me when I pulled a stupid and jacked up his car while trying to avoid hitting our cat (who ran away from my neighbor's car and into the path of mine.) NO, I could not just hit the cat (as I'm sure every man is saying, much like hubby.) Soooo, we had two cars to fix and being that I have two small kids, rather than make me drive down there and wait while they checked out the cars, T2F just used the pix I had my insurance company email or fax them. They needed some time to schedule both our cars but they were easy to work with and the cars were done as promised. We had great communication from Rick and Stacy, w/Rick even helping us find new tires (might as well kill two birds) and getting them installed/balanced, etc while we were still in our rental. My only nitpicks are: A) they are a little slow. Both cars had only minor damage but each took two weeks. To be fair, that is the estimated time frame we were given. Years ago, I was in a terrible wreck and totaled the front end of my Ram 2500 yet $13,000 worth of damage took just three weeks at another shop (and dude, that truck was TOOOTALED.) My car is a special order color and I gotta say, they did an awesome job matching the paint. Much better than I hoped. B) Final inspection on both cars did not catch two details. My husband's headlight was not reconnected and two rubber seals b/t the handle and door on my car was damaged during removal and was not replaced upon completion. Both issues were immediately addressed, my new seals have been ordered and the staff was very helpful. Overall, I will give them an A, but not an A+, and will recommend to others. read more

I picked my car up 2 hours ago after It being in the shop for almost a month.. I had issues before I left & I was told to drive the car before I say some is wrong. So I drove it a hours away & omgosh where do I stay. It have over heated numerous times (over ten to be exact) my front bumper is shaking & flapping in the breeze since no one decided to put the foam back behind my bumper just the bumper cover. My fluids are low. Plus drove half my gas out during this so called test drive. I am so angry I want to cry. Then my heat doesn't work. I have kids & we can not freeze in the winter time. read more

I went to True to Form because I had a dent in my rear quarter panel. the Lady told me it would be ready Fri, Mon at the latest. Then she called and told me Tues lastest, I called her Tues and she said Wed noon she would have it ready. Noon rolled around then 3pm. And I didnt even get a call saying they scratched my tint and had to have it redone. So I show up to see if its ready and see my car being driven down the street about 5 miles. I turned around and talked to the manager as to why my car was taken off the lot and I was not notified. I was MAD! Finally 5:00 I go to pick it up on Wed and its still not done right. There was a bubble in the new bumper and a haze on the paint. She offered to order a new bumper and have it installed. NO WAY can I be expected to leave my car there again, I need it to look for a job! I would NOT recommend this place!!!!! read more

First time using Gerber Collision at the recommendation of USAA and I was beyond satisfied with their phenomenal service! The staff was very friendly, professional, and just an overall just a delight to work with. Kacy kept in contact with me frequently and they managed to complete my repairs about 12 days early than originally expected. That's a first time for me when getting work done on my vehicles. Plus unbeknownst to me they have a program with Enterprise where they will return your rental car for you. On top of all this awesome service, here's a bonus that really impressed me......to my surprise, they detailed my truck for me! So not only did they did a great job on repairs, completed the job way ahead of schedule, took care my rental return for me, they cleaned up my four-wheel baby for me and it looked immaculate! This is the number one place to go in Mooresville to go to if you need work done after an inconvenient accident. Their kindness and hassle-free service is a welcomed experience. All set for a perfect Valentines Day at work I was about to park my car when a gentlemen was backing his car out and saw me on his backup camera and heard the beep, but decided to continue to proceed with his move scatched and dented my driver side doors. Took my F150 Pickup down to Gerber Collision and Glass in Mooresville NC and the driver side bumper was barely bent in, very small issue. Representative told me the vehicle would be done in a week or two. About a week later they contacted me and told me that the truck was being totaled and i had no chance to buy my vehicle back. Nothing was wrong with the vehicle just a small dent and they never told me any indication that they may possibly total the truck. I still think they just wanted the brand new V8 that had been installed in the truck. Sadly no legal action has been taken, just beware that this company is dishonest and steals from people. Will never be back to them again. Its a shame i cant give less than one star. read more
