When the estimator at this large dealership made it clear that I was interrupting his lunch, I asked around and was told to check out Heritage! Skeptical at first and anxious for my car to get fixed, I took the vehicle in. I watched as two of the employees inspected my vehicle inside and out! I have never seen a more thorough inspection in my life! When I went to pick up my car after it was done, I could not believe how beautiful it looked! The car was completely detailed and looked like it had just come off of the new car lot! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else for any services! These guys have bent over backwards to make sure that I was completely satisfied the entire time! I ended up speaking with Jim who told me "I can make or break this repair for you" when I was upset about the lies and poor workmanship. We eventually got to better footing but I cannot in good faith give a good rating when the fourth visit started off with "I can make or break this for you". That is a threat. If you go here, double check that they replaced what they said they replaced. Ask for your old parts. If you don't have the smarts to catch them you might be getting screwed.
