returned my vehicle so they can fix the bracket since they didn't do it several weeks ago when someone hit me . I noticed a blob of paint I touched it and it was still wet . U would think they would notice when 1 they put the front bumper on and 2 when they fixed the bracket I seriously doubt I will bring my vehicle back hear I didn't have and issue with them before 2 years ago . Had to go to the caliber at the back gate on highway 17 the General manger was wonderful he said he would talk to the regional manager and get it taken care of which was great . He mentioned to me they put an am on my front bumper which should have not happened they should have made the right decision so I will be going to that caliber from now on read more

While traveling from NY to SC I was in an accident in Washington DC area. Had the repairs performed at this Caliber Collision. The first part of the experience went well. Catie form Caliber did a good job ordering the parts and setting the schedule. She kept me informed of the progress during the repair. The paint was well matched. The day after I picked it up I noticed a small chip on the top of the left tail light and the gap between the tail light and tail gate was much tighter than on the right side. Once I returned to my home in NY I was backing out of my driveway and the Rear Assist Brake (RAB) system kicked in and locked the brakes. This had never happened before. This system is designed to warn and protect you from backing into object behind you. However, in this case there was nothing behind me. When I contacted the facility they told me to take it to a local CC facility which I did that day. The local facility validated my concern that the RAB was not functioning properly and the tail light was chipped and gap the was off. The local shop handled the situation perfectly and said they would coordinate the repairs with SC shop. Ultimately I had to call the SC Manager to discuss the situation. The response and attitude of the manager in SC was unprofessional. He immediately got defensive and would not let me explain. He told me the RAB was doing what it was designed to do. When I explained I understand what it is designed to do (I work in a very technical industry) but the calibration was not right and the sensor is way to sensitive. Reminded him that the local CC shop validated that. he noted it passed calibration from their third party vendor so any repairs to alter the calibration would have to come out of my pocket. In regards to the tail light he flat out said it was not an installation error and must have happened after I drove it off the lot. The chip was on top of the light with no other collateral damage to the paint or window or molding. I asked him how could that have been and he had no answer and said the tail light was not CC issue. He went on to say if the local shop wanted to cover the repair that is their decision. I Never had a chance to explain the gap issue because the discussion was so unprofessional. Well guess what the local CC made arrangement to take the car to a local NISSAN dealership right down the road. As soon as Nissan looked at it they realized the left rear sensor was installed upside down. That was the cause of the RAB not functioning properly. The local CC facility agreed to replace the chipped tail light because they said it was the right thing to do. When they removed the old one they saw it was not seated properly which is what was causing the gap misalignment. All this caused an extra five days of stress and two days with out a car. Yet I could have lived with the workmanship issues if the manager in SC handled the issue better. In addition to his attitude he attempted to make excuses for why the sensor was installed incorrectly saying it easy to do. When I asked how did the car pass the calibration with an upside down sensor he had no answer. The good news is the Caliber Collison in Baldwinsville, NY (Andy and Greg) did everything right and made a bad situation tolerable. read more

Terrible Service, rude employees, they obviously do not know what they are doing - there are tons of body shops in the area, folks drive on by, this place is not worth your time / effort / energy. They will also blame their third party for not properly cleaning the car when complete - the employee thought that was fine that the third party did not do a standard job, not even good, just looking for standard. If you want a horrible repair job that you paid good money for and you want to wait a long time for the car to be done, then go here, otherwise find another shop. read more

Bob personally helped me resolve a cosmetic issue to my SUV - circular abrasion marks swirled into the paint's surface - by advising me to hire a high-end detailer to buff out the scratches instead of going through the trouble and $$$ to repaint..... What a good man! read more

Dont take your car here! My original estimate was $6000 and when it was done it was $13,500! My car isnt worth that much!! I have taken my car back 5 times and its still not right! The shop Mgr (Kevin) is a peice of work and is unexperienced! But way to go Caliber Collision! We all know here locally that you are ripping insurance companies off.. Easy to see!! read more
