I dropped it off the morning of my appt. He called every few days to keep me updated on the progress. I also received texts with updates when it went from body to paint and estimated completion date. They finished up a couple days later than promised but due to the holidays (my appt drop off was Dec 21), and weather, it was understandable. They…read morewere friendly in the beginning, so I trusted them with my vehicle and expected the job to be done correctly. That trust was a mistake. After 14 days, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup because my rental coverage had ended. When I arrived, I immediately noticed missing clips and unfinished work. I had to sit there while they tried to fix it, only to be told they didn't even have the correct clips and would have to order them. I took my vehicle home, and later that evening, when the sun was going down, I noticed more damage that hadn't been repaired. So I brought it back the next morning. That's when the customer service went downhill fast. I calmly explained to the same employee who had been helping me from the beginning that I had found damage that was still there. Her attitude completely changed. I was basically told, "They told us to fix the door, so that's all we did. You have to go through the insurance company to get the rest fixed." If that's all they were authorized to repair, why wasn't that explained to me before I was told my vehicle was ready? Why did I have to discover the unfinished repairs myself? At the end of the day, I was given a vehicle that I had to inspect myself to find obvious issues with the work. Then, when I brought those issues to their attention, the attitude I received was completely different. I would never bring another vehicle here. Being recommended by an insurance company does not mean you should automatically trust the shop to do a good job. If you use this place, inspect your vehicle extremely carefully before leaving the property. My experience was frustrating, the communication was poor, and the way my concerns were handled was unacceptable. I expected a professional body shop. I got an experience I wouldn't repeat.

When I went to pick my vehicle up the first time, they had scratched my car on the right side (took ownership of the damage and offered to fix it) and the rear driver adhesive strip was loose. They kept my vehicle to fix their mistakes. I went a second time to pick up my vehicle and returned my rental and took ownership of my vehicle. Not even 48 hours later, I could no longer properly drive my vehicle as the rear sensors were messed up and the vehicles emergency stop feature was stopping my vehicle any time it was in reverse. I took it back and they apologized and fixed the damage, AGAIN. Third time I went to pick up my vehicle, it was good enough because at this point, I just wanted my vehicle back. The paint blending is not good and doesn't even match, there is an additional scratch but the biggest and most important is the severe damage they did to my passenger side and then tried to hide with touch up paint. They accused me of the damage being there already and that they didn't cause the damage. If this were true, why wouldn't I have said something the first two times. I have photos from the adjuster before my vehicle went in, my vehicle did NOT have this damage on the passenger side. They are refusing to take ownership and said I would need to pay to have it fixed. Imagine telling a customer they need to pay for damage that your company caused. Highly disappointed that this company is doing this. Upon reading prior reviews, this doesn't seem like the first time they have done this. First two photos are my vehicle before. Third photo is the aftermath of their paintjob that does not blend well and the final photos are the photos of the damage they caused.
