My car was involved in a hit and run in PA. When I called Caliber Collision to set up my appointment, I spoke to Shauna who was very professional and helpful. She scheduled me an appointment and took care of the rental car. When I arrived for the first time I met with Keith who took me out to the car so we were both on the same page regarding the repairs. I went to caliber collision today to ask about a repair that was done six years ago.Mariena was at the reception desk and greeted me kindly I asked about the repair and she looked it up and found it and brought the manager over,Shauna and I went to look at the car she inspected it and said it wasn't from that previous problem. It looks like someone hit me. My question that I asked was because I was giving the car to my granddaughter. I just wanted to make sure it was safe. for her to drive. I also asked about the they were very and my commented that it was hard for her to see at night. suggested that her could fix them for me as I said I use some kind of chemical before and it didn't work. Ran into a bollard that cracked the passenger side mirror and pushed in the panels at the passenger door hinges, making it impossible to open the door. They did a simple repair to allow the door to open as I asked them to. But they took it a step further and took care with making the appearance as good as they could, as well as buffing off the paint that the bollard left behind. They recommended the most cost effective means of repairing the mirror, knowing that cost was a major factor for me. Their communication was exceptional and their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. As small and inexpensive as my job was, they treated me with courtesy and were willing to accommodate me with whatever my schedule required.
