Let me start by saying I am not new to having my car repaired, sad to say but people seem to like to hit my car. Its bright Orange and hard to miss I suppose. The last time I brought my car to a body shop that was recommended by MY insurance company even though I was going through the other parties insurance provider. I figured if my insurance company would suggest a shop that would take care of me and my car..... Fast forward to my latest accident, hit again by another driver (he was texting while driving) I was not completely happy with the last repair but couldn't figure out what exactly was wrong. So I elected to go to other shops in the area and I researched who was going to do the best for me. I walked in the door and the young lady behind the desk was juggling the phones and still had a smile on her face and greeted me with a warm smile. She advised me she would be right with me. She then walked me through how they would handle the process and then she introduced me to Dean the owner (Not a manager or shop foreman) the OWNER! He came over shook my hand and said lets go take a look. At that point they had my business, he wrote his Blueprint (not an estimate) and advised me of the correct way to fix my car. He then noticed my other side and asked my what happened (Previous repair) and explained to me that the paint had not been properly applied and that he would help me work through that issue as well (which he completely did and it had nothing to gain from it) I then went to the other persons insurance company for a drive in estimate, they provided a quick review and provided me with a check for 1700.00 to start. Dean advised me about 2 weeks into the repair that the damage was worse than originally thought and he would need to send a request for supplement repairs to the Insurance company. The insurance company wanted to use aftermarket or used parts to fix my car and Dean stood up to them for me. "The car didn't come from the factory with aftermarket parts on it, I am not putting aftermarket parts on it" He told me.... again this has just increased my loyalty to this shop. All said and done the repairs were FANTASTIC, the service was excellent and polite. This repair shop has everything dialed in and knows what it takes to provide customer with a COMPLETE SERVICE not just a repair to the car. I could have taken my car to the Mercedes dealership, but I decided to do more research to see if there were any local businesses that were trusted. I originally found this shop by Googling collision centers near me after an unfortunate incident at a car wash that left me with a damaged bumper. A damaged bumper may not sound like much, but I treat my car sometimes better than myself! I wanted to take my car to a place that would get the job done right. The first phone call I had with staff just to make an appointment was courteous and very accommodating. When I physically arrived, they expected me and I immediately felt welcome unlike the treatment that you get at most dealerships. I always appreciate when a business publishes samples of their work. You could tell by the way they posted before and after pictures of completed projects in the waiting area that they stand behind their craft and are proud of the service they offer. The shop clearly explained the process to me, arranged a rental car and drop off time that was convenient for me, and kept in constant contact on the progress that was being made. When all was done, the car looked amazing and there was no sign of damage. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and quality of work. The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because I cannot give more. I am big on reviews and usually discount very high or low ratings, in this case do not discount it. I was involved in an accident with my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, my insurance company recommended another auto-body shop, to my dismay with terrible reviews. I talked to the owner, Dean on the phone, he was very informative and helpful in the process of dealing with my insurance company. When submitting a picture of the damage to the insurance company, as Dean explained, they low balled me on the price of repairs. After dropping my vehicle off, Elizabeth the office manager, kept in constant contact, updating me on the progress of the insurance claim. When I thanked her for keeping me updated, she informed me that is how she and Dean do business, so I did not have to stress over what was going on. Well, Dean was able to get the insurance company to change the initial amount I was to get for the repair. I have to say, it's sad when you pick your vehicle up it looks 100% better then when you dropped it off. It was fully detailed and shiny with a new coat of wax on it. Chances are if you have to go visit Dean and his crew it's because you've had a bad day.  Getting into an accident is never a good time but choosing Autotech is a good way to start turning a bad day into a better one.  Everyone is very easy to talk with and they make sure you understand what you are entitled to as a claimant.  They also make sure when you drop off your car to get worked on that your rental is ready for you so you don't have to worry about that. In my specific situation the insurance company gave me a  low ball estimate based on a phone app and Dean fought to have it increased so that the job could be done right. Again they fought for the right amount of money to do the job right and finally got it. This is my second experience using Autotech and it was just as good as my first. Hey Everyone, It's me again. It's been over a year since AutoTech saved my 2010 Camaro. Just wanted to let you know everything looks like I just drove it out of their shop. Stripes on the car are in perfect condition and nothing is lifting. The paint is in perfect condition and nothing has "all of a sudden" appeared. I wanted to write a review because I had a car painted before where a year later it was horrible. We arrived after closing with a car that was driveable but soon to be appraised as a total loss. Both my wife and I were stressed after a harrowing day. Dean came though big-time for me! I have a one year old Lexus SUV a 450h which I love. Dean went to bat for me getting the insurance company to properly cover the correct repair work. I have pearl paint and the front bumper is impossible to perfectly match the rest of the car. He had to preform a special blend technique which looks as good as new!
