Late find on Carbon Fiber Front bumper that came in damaged leading to it not being able to be replaced and requiring repairing. 43 miles added to odometer - only about 30 or so would account for driving to and from Toyota dealership and tire shop. Brand new tires had pebbles melted onto them. Almost charged ~$3,100 for tires instead of ~$900 had I not caught it. Parking sensors were not calibrated. Felt there was no attempt to make any of it right.

My car was stolen and had multiple…read moredamages that had to be fixed; a bumper, side mirror, and sun sensor & rear view mirror replacement which caused multiple electrical/dash issues. A week after receiving the estimate, we were told to bring the car in. About 4 days later, they mentioned they had to order a part for the rear view mirror therefore, at that time only had fixed the bumper & side mirror. Not a problem, we picked the car up & I was able to drive it until the part came in. So after another week, they told us to bring the car back in (Tuesday) & we were told, once they got to my car, it would only take a day to fix. Two days after we dropped the car off (Thursday), we received a call that they ordered the incorrect part (which they stated was not their fault, so not to be mad at them) so they would have to reorder & wait another 2 days. We mentioned we already started the process of trading this car in & needed it fixed ASAP. They stated the new part would arrive in 2-5 days. Unfortunately it took until the following Wednesday for the part to arrive, and they had it installed Friday and was finally ready to pick up. My husband and I arrived this past Saturday to pick up the car, I get in and noticed they didn't fix the sun sensor (which we left in the cup holder for them -turns out they lost it) nor did they fix the dash issues. So AGAIN, we had to leave the car for them to reorder another sun sensor & fix the dash/electrical isssues. Finally yesterday (Tuesday) the car was 100% fixed, however it only took four attempts. We called Geico and told them they needed to stop recommending them.
