This is the only place I will come for any work I need on my vehicles anymore. I had a couple of slow tire leaks which were fixed rapidly and efficiently. Worse yet, I needed to go back a few weeks later as I slid off the road on some black ice and did a fair amount of damage. Fortunately they were able to once again fix up my vehicle and it now looks good as new. According to my insurance company, they are a preferred repair shop, which made the process significantly easier than I anticipated. I met the owners, Rick and Ryan, during the process of the repair, and they were very on top of keeping me updated on the situation and how long to expect until it would be repaired. I took my 2017 BMW 340i here to fix damage from a accident. The repairs were completed as expected however the paint work was garbage. In less then 2 years the clear coat of the replaced front bumper is flaking off. The car has never been through a auto car wash and does not see snow or salt. read more

I like to buy tires from the Tirerack and get them shipped to Automotive Excellence. They do a great job mounting and balancing, and make it easy to schedule, even though they only operate from M-F. I have been here twice in the past 6 months. The first time I called and set up an appointment to have my car looked at before driving to Florida and back. As a young female, I'm always worried that I will be taken advantage of by mechanics but I was blown away by how nice and efficient they were. I didn't feel pressured about anything and they only came back with one small repair and an oil change. It did not take long at all and I enjoyed the seating area as it was clean and comfortable. I just took in my boyfriend's car for an estimate after an accident. They were very quick and only took 30 minutes of my time. I told the gentleman that I have never had to deal with an insurance claim and he was sure to mention that he was happy to answer any questions about the process. I just can't get over how nice all the employees I've come in contact with are. I'm moving 45 minutes away but definitely plan to keep using them for all my auto needs! read more

Great mechanic shop. Saved myself $$$ from the Toyota dealership by purchasing my own aftermarket brake kit and having this shop install it. Service was prompt, the brakes work great and I enjoyed sitting in the waiting room and having some free coffee and water. I will be back.
