I'm gone to MS Auto four times now, mostly for simple maintenance. But I did have a couple of things that came up that some shops might have said yeah we have to do this and that and make an extra buck off you. But not at MS Auto. I see nothing but total honestly at this shop and will continue to take both our vehicles to them for any repairs that come up in the future! Not recommended. Lied to twice. Front desk Customer service is clueless. Answers were always...I don't know. Told it would be about a hour. Because we didn't sit in their lobby, waiting (went to get coffee) we were put on the back burner. Car was still there after 5 hours. Just for a diagnostic check. read more

Terrible Service! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! If they don't know how to do something, instead of them telling you I'm not qualified they just say I'm not interested! They won't give you a reason other than saying the same thing over and over, then ignoring you! Why become a mechanic and have your own shop to not do mechanic work or even have the correct knowledge to do something in that line of work? Don't go here! Theres a comment on here from 2020 about how they didn't wanna do work on a truck because they didn't want too! Thats 100% accurate, they won't give you an explanation, other than I don't want too! So change your career if you dont wanna do mechanical work for a living!!! Go some place else! read more

They charged me for work that I didn't ask for, tried to up sell me during every interaction, were rude, and terrible communicators. Taking my car here was an awful experience and I would rather walk wherever I need to go than bring my car here again. read more

Will just keep this simple. MS Precision wanted to charge $800 for a fix. Knew the estimate was too high. Took it down the road. Fix was simple and right around $275. Do not trust this place. read more

I've been looking for a good mechanic since I moved to Ohio. MS Precision was suggested by AAA as a garage to tow my car to in July 2018. My battery was being drained because of a mistake by a local chain group who replaced an alternator WITHOUT a 15amp fuse. MS traced the circuit and found it! Just a week ago, I took my 16 yo car in with transmission problems. My heart was in my mouth wondering what the cost would be and IF they would be able to fix my problem. MS Precision did everything I asked and more - with my permission. I no longer 'feel' the problem (but it is a 16 yo car), and the bill was so reasonable! Steve is the most honest car shop owner you'll meet. Every time I've had an issue with either my car or my wife's car his team has fixed it. My car needed brake pads and rotors. My husband bought the parts intending to put them on himself, but didn't have time. We took them here to have them installed and to get some estimates on power steering and to figure out a noise under the hood. Since they couldn't profit on our brake work, they "punished" us by marking up other parts significantly. After keeping my car for 48 hours, we got it back with shoddy work at best and they charged us an arm and a leg for work I hadn't asked them to do. My husband and father took the car back asking why the parts were put back on loosely and the noise still persisted. Also, the a/c, which I specifically told them not to recharge, was blown out and blowing hot air on a 90+ degree day. After arguing at length with Mike the owner (who was very condescending) we were refunded $70 (we were charged over $800 after being quoted less than $700). My dad and husband then proceeded to use equipment my husband had purchased for $4 at Advanced Auto to locate the noise and release the pressure on the a/c fixing the a/c. For that alone the labor should have been refunded. The only positive is that they offer a free loaner car. I would not recommend this place. They just want to take advantage of people and overcharge for parts. read more
