Bubba and Kevin are two of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. I just used them again when a mailbox jumped out in front of my car. There was no question where I was going to take my car to replace the side mirror. I took it in yesterday, they ordered a new mirror, and the next day my car was ready. Now get this.. I pulled out my credit card to pay only to discover they do not take credit cards. Bubba told me not to worry about it, take my car and pay them next week. How many times do you get service like that. I actually went to my bank, got cash and went back to pay them. I met with Pete Schwartz, who I later learned is the owner. During our initial conversation, I was led to believe I was purchasing Maaco's premium paint package and that the roof of my party bus would be properly prepared after he explained that the previous paint had failed because it had not been primed. Later, after the paint began peeling within days, I was told that I had not received that paint package and that there had never been an agreement to prime the roof. That was completely different from what I understood during the sales process. The paint job already has peeling paint, thin coverage, and other imperfections. There was overspray left on my windows, and I had to return multiple times in an attempt to have the work corrected. To make matters worse, my rear bumper was damaged while the bus was in Maaco's possession, and I was ultimately left to pay for those repairs myself. I attempted to resolve these issues directly with Pete Schwartz and even contacted Maaco corporate. Unfortunately, corporate advised they could only act as a mediator and that any resolution would have to come from the owner. After exhausting every reasonable effort to resolve this matter, I have been left with a peeling paint job, a damaged bumper, thousands of dollars in expenses, and no meaningful resolution. I'm sharing my experience so other consumers can make an informed decision before trusting this location with their vehicle.

I believe these bogus initial estimates are deliberate to draw customers into a situation where they are heavily invested by time and logistics therefore stuck, basically bait and switch. I strongly recommend you look at other shops, higher estimates but generally honest. My job did evolve body work, simple paint jobs may be handled better I don't know.

This shop insisted I needed the same repairs again, despite me telling them it had already been done a week prior. I trusted their recommendation and paid over $1,000, yet the problem remained. After returning, they claimed a new $200+ issue was the cause, and later said it was another $800 problem. At that point, I had paid for two diagnostics (they did do the third one for free) and still had no resolution. I felt dismissed and ignored when I expressed concerns, and the service felt more profit driven than customer focused. Honda later confirmed the original repair should have addressed the issue and that this shop should have made it right at no extra cost. I agree. I was left without a working car for months and felt completely let down. I considered legal action but chose not to pursue it. In short: poor service, lack of accountability, and unresolved issues. What a surprise I got when Greenville AutoWorld called me to say I don't need brakes yet. "There is still plenty of meat on the pads". Now that is honesty at its best. My husband had a VW Beetle that had squeaky brakes. He took it here and they called and said the brakes only needed cleaning and he was good to go. No replacement needed.
