He said he could fix it right now and gave a very reasonable price. I said go ahead and within 30 minutes he had fixed a problem I had been dealing with for the last two years. He was very knowledgeable and even found a pipe that was not glued when he was installing the valve and fixed that as well I would highly recommend this business for their expertise and value for what they do. They were the same professional as before. No damage to camp, they did a exceptional clean up around the camp and even dispose of some old fire wood for me. I can't say enough about their professionalism and their reasonable rates. I had another local tree services quote which was 2 1/2 times more for the same work. These are the only people that I will be calling in the future. The only problem with giving them a 5 star rating is that the more people become aware of their exceptional work and rates, the harder it will become for them to fit my work into their schedule. But they earned the 5 star rating, so I might have to deal with a little longer wait time before they can get to me, but the wait will be worth it.

We often get our service cancelled with no notice and have to call into the office to find out why no one has shown up. Today we were scheduled called and was told the service was cancelled so the person would be routed to another job. Its as if no one cares about the quality of customer service provided to their end users. We have asked many times if you need to cancel to at least give us a heads up but that rarely ever happens and at this point we would rather not get anyone than continue to be treated this way.
