After one or two weeks, they said they would remove the bat funnel they installed and they said they are required clean up the bat guano in the attic which could contain a parasite that is harmful to human lungs. TWO MONTHS LATER, and they STILL haven't finished the job. They are difficult to contact. When you call, they instruct you to leave a text. However, they rarely return a text message and they never return a voicemail. If you hire them, DO NOT pay them until they have completed everything they said they would do. We paid them $1200 up front and never saw them again. Two stars for removing the bats (we think). If they had completed the job, it might have deserved 5 stars.
