About 10 years ago we had 2 overhead storage racks installed. We chose Closet and GarageRemedy for…read morethe new racks based on their 5 star rating. Price point was higher but well worth it. These new racks are far superior in both quality installation. The new racks are heavy duty and supported by reinforced hardware. My garage may collapse in an earthquake but those racks will still be secured to the ceiling. Trevor and Ben were great to work with. They took the time to insure that we were totally satisfied with the job. I highly recommend Closet and GarageRemedy for your storage and organization needs.

I don't hand out glowing reviews lightly--but this company earned every word…read more From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. We had nine closets to design, which could have easily become overwhelming, but Parker made the entire process feel organized, thoughtful, and even enjoyable. He didn't just "sell a system"--he took the time to truly understand how I live and what I needed each space to do. We met in person, had multiple detailed phone conversations, and what really stood out was that he came back a second time just to refine and perfect every detail. That level of commitment is rare. He was patient, meticulous, and genuinely invested in getting everything exactly right. Then came installation--and it exceeded expectations. The craftsmanship was flawless, the team was professional, and every single closet turned out beautifully. Everything feels intentional, functional, and elevated. Bottom line: this is what top-tier service looks like. If you're even considering a closet organization project, stop looking and go with them. I highly, highly recommend this company--and Parker in particular.

I finally decided to pull the trigger on a garage redo and wanted some quality cabinets installed…read more If you are in the same boat as I was, stop wasting your time shopping around and look no further than Cabinets Plus. This company has been around for more than two decades and the whole team is awesome to work with. Over the years, Cabinet's Plus has designed, built and installed cabinets for my brother-in-law, mother-in-law, a good friend and a neighbor. Now, it was my turn! Greg Baird, Master Designer, came out to discuss my proposed layout. He actually talked me out of installing additional cabinets because he had the foresight that it would be too cramped and crowded. And boy, was he right. I am so glad I took his direction. I decided to kick it up a notch and chose the Storm Grey Laminate. It really came out great and looks even better than I was expecting. The quality of the material, the hinges and the overall workmanship is best-in-class. The guys that install it are really good too. George (30+ year employee) and Allen arrived on time, worked as a team and installed all the parts flawlessly. They are real installation professionals and take great pride in their work. Cabinets Plus should be your "Go To" place for garage and closet cabinetry. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

We recently had a custom closet built out by Marine, and we couldn't be happier with the results…read more From day one, Marine was so incredibly kind, caring, and communicative. She was always open to collaborating at every step, bringing amazing design ideas to the table while working closely with us to bring our vision to life in the most custom way possible. On top of the incredible experience, their pricing was easily the best value compared to all the competitors we evaluated. Once we signed off on the design, moving into the build phase was quick and effortless. The installation crew was also fantastic--professional, fast, and thorough. I strongly recommend working with Marine if you're looking for a stress-free custom build with someone who truly cares about the outcome!

Great price Glenn, the owner helped us improve our plan and…read moredelivered a near perfect outcome. Five years later we had a problem and called Glenn to ask how we could fix it ourselves. Based on our experiences with other contractors in the past, we were amazed by his response. He. came out and fixed the problem within a very short time. The fix required a visit to assess the problem, ordering some replacement materials, keeping us informed, and finally another trip out and him spending a several hours fixing the problem. We can't fully describe how grateful and happy we are with the way he handled our situation.

TLDR: Don't waste your time, because you will get mistakes (and now gaslighting) and be ghosted…read more **UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE BUSINESS' REPLY: First, this job was from 2024, not 2021. I have posted the entire text chain and an image of an email clearly showing this. The date you're referring to says "Oct 21" as in Oct 21, 2024. Not 2021. It's very telling that you don't even remember a job from only a year ago that was over a week long. You couldn't even be bothered to look up the old invoice to see when this job was? Second of all, the messages in the text photos saying "following up on this" and "following up again" are from ME, not you. That was ME following up with YOU after I said I wanted to go ahead with the repair, and you not answering. So your statement that you have not heard from me is patently untrue. That was ME who hadn't heard from YOU. The text chain clearly shows this. Third, the damage was caused by a complete lack of caulk on the cabinet, not "debris in constant contact." There is no "standing water" and no debris in "constant contact." You're making that up, it simply is not the case. The other side is caulked and is still fine, as I pointed out in my texts. I am aware that paint and caulk can only do so much - but guess what? It can do nothing if you don't actually do it in the first place. I am aware of how wood reacts with water (and it's not wood, because you use mdf, which is far worse). The fact remains that the area was not caulked AT ALL and also that I followed up with you multiple times and received no answer. Do not gaslight me by acting like you "never heard back." I clearly stated that I wanted you to do the repairs and you never got back to me. It's all right there in the texts. **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Sadly, I have to echo the other reviews on here about the owner ghosting people. I hired OC Kitchen Designs to reface our kitchen cabinets. They weren't the cheapest but they had good reviews. We experienced problems from the beginning. The job was quoted as going to take 3 days - it took more than a week. The painter took far longer than the 1 day it was supposed to take. He brought his whole family on a Saturday and had his wife and young kids helping - the young kids did not do a great job (they aren't pros and should not have been there). He should have come by himself. I found VERY obvious drips and runs on the main cabinet that gets used the most, right at eye level. Glenn said he would fix it. I asked him if he would spray it so it would look even with the rest and he said yes. When he came, he simply brushed over it, leaving very obvious brush marks and color difference. I could have done that myself!! There were so many issues, in fact, that Glenn ended up giving me $250 off, which was the price of the custom wine rack he put in, "because of all the problems." So I will give him credit for that. But... A while later we discovered that the painter had not caulked a major area right next to the stove. A whole corner hadn't been caulked at all, so moisture and liquid had gotten under it and it started to swell. Since he uses mdf and not actual wood, the swelling was pretty severe. I texted Glenn about it and he tried to indicate that it wasn't his fault because "there was probably caulk there, but it's a kitchen and we aren't responsible for water damage." I build furniture and have a woodworking shop and CNC machine. I know what I'm talking about. I've done major repairs to my home. I hired OC Kitchen Designs because I have two young kids and no time, not because I'm an idiot. I know when something has been caulked and when it hasn't. I told him if he came to see it he would clearly see that his painter screwed this up and didn't caulk it (and I have photos and videos). He said he could fix it for $200. I wasn't happy since I believe you should stand by your work, but I agreed to it. He said he could probably come out the next week, he just had to check on this other job (in line with the excuses he's given other people according to these reviews). I texted to follow up several times and no response. He ghosted me rather than come fix his company's mistake. He's a nice enough guy I guess, but I think he's overscheduled. In any event the ghosting is crazy unprofessional. Now I have to hire somebody else to come fix it.
