The price was quoted along with the statement, "this is the price only if you book now." I cannot stand that type of selling tactic. They did have to come back 3 different times. They were extremely professional about it and did fix what I pointed out. All went very well - everyone was very responsive, the crew arrived on time, ready to work and my questions were always answered.

A few years ago we hired Sam to remodel our kitchen. We hired him because he had a competitive price, but a very aggressive schedule. Unfortunately, the project turned into a comedy of errors and the 6-day project he promised turned into 6 weeks. He hired multiple subcontractors, and a mistake or delay by one of them cascaded into delays by the others, drawing out the project for weeks. There were also multiple issues with the quality of the work, and almost every one of the subcontractors had to come out to fix their own errors, causing further delays and annoyances. Sam didn't seem to be communicating with his own contractors and every time we told him there was a problem he acted surprised. Eventually we had to manage the project ourselves, coordinating the finish guy, the plumber, and the appliance guys to get their work done, and eventually we were just happy to finally have the project done and have a working kitchen again. But now a few years later things are falling apart, prompting me to write this review. The finish they use is extremely fragile and flaking off the wood, and I just pulled on a cabinet door and it fell off in my hands. Complete garbage. I've never seen kitchen hardware just fall apart like this. Multiple pieces of corner molding have also just fallen off, and I've had to fix it myself. All we can do is laugh. We're already looking for somebody else to come have our cabinets done again. read more

Mo was the only one who didn't try to convince us to replace all the doors and drawer fronts for $30K. Our cabinets are perfect - dovetailed drawers, soft close etc. so there was no need to do anything other than refinish them because the paint was chipping.
