My neighbors had used JH's services for a couple of projects so I decided to reach out to get an estimate for a similar project. I had previously reached out for a quote, but that was a while back. So back in August I sent a Yelp message to get in contact for an updated estimate, but I got no reply. I called and left a voicemail and also no reply. This review is a few weeks past due.. I contacted Justin as well as a couple other carpenters back around May (most found here on Yelp and two recommended by designers) for a few built ins for my new house. I wanted very similar built ins as in the model home therefore, I had pictures to give carpenters a pretty good idea of what was needed. Two said they couldn't do it! Even with years of experience and the others were not available for some reason. Justin responded and took the time to visit the model home. He took measurements and measured again at my house to workout the designs. With all honesty, I was afraid to hire him. He is young and I thought he might lack experience but, my motherly instincts told me "if he were your son, you would want him to be given the opportunity" so I did! I hired Justin and we couldn't be happier! He's done an amazing job with the built ins in my master bedroom and office. Can't wait for him to start on the family room one.
