This particular clerk was incredibly rude and condescending when I wanted to cash a check. There was absolutely no reason for her rudeness and attitude. Then she had the audacity to lie! I have witnessed this behavior toward other customers and it is apparently how they choose to treat their customers. I'm in the process of moving my accounts to another bank. Also, their lobby is not safe after hours. Too many people can enter and the time the machines take to perform the transactions is too long especially with your back to others. I told her I wanted to move my funds back to my checking account. She's like well you'll have to pay for the fees. I told her I would like to know how to move it back into my checking without paying fees. She told me I have to make an appointment again to come in on 1/30/2026 to move it without fees or call customer services and they might be able to help. She was no help. I looked more into it on Chase's website, and there's a grace period when I can move my money but she did not tell me that. It appears she did not receive the correct training as she didn't report the 10 day grace period to me.

There are some big issues in my mind: 1) EDITED AND UPDATED: they advertise mobile banking which was having problems and crazy thing. I complained and MIRACULOUSLY it's fixed! Timing is everything. Thanks Bank of Hemet. 2)the phone service at night or weekends sucks. I don't know what or where I'm calling. All they have said is "in so sorry" and can't really do anything. 3) last year I signed up for a text if they thought there was fraud on my account. Twice in the prior months I've been unable to use my card. Turns out they cut it off because I was traveling. There I am in New Orleans. Friday night no way to pay for dinner. First I'm embarrassed and incredulous as I can see I have plenty of money. Then I have to find their number call, talk to someone far away in Malaysia? Who knows. They say in the future I should receive a text to clarify if I'm making a purchase out of my usual travel pattern. 4) sometimes my account and I still have checks.
