Well, the first time I went into this place I went to Cash a work check and a lady Isabel told me they didn't have the money to cash my check which was under 250$ it blew my mind that you're a check cashing place that doesn't have the money to cash checks, which is your entire business.. They claim they need to see the check in order to give you an accurate fee, but then never even glanced at the check and admitted it was a ploy to get us to drive there. She stated I could describe her in the complaint instead. The concerning aspect of my experience is that this rude CSR was training a new employee. She has fair skin, black curly hair, heavy, set, and of mixed race. I walked up to her window to cash my company check. She took my forms, started the process and then answered the phone. I informed her that I was in a hurry if she could place the caller on hold and finish with me first. Apparently this request set her off because this is when she started to act rude in character and verbiage. She stated," why, you don't think I can multitask?" I said no that is not the case. I advised her that being from a customer service background it's good practice to answer the call, acknowledge the need and ask to place them on hold so that each person is receiving adequate service. I told her I'm just trying to give you positive feedback. Then she mumbled under her breath and started talking shit with the other CSR. She proceeded to "multi-task" so I decided I'd rather take my business elsewhere. She then called her Supervisor. I asked for the Supervisors contact information and was denied. This is an example of poor customer service that will eventually cost your company money in the future if her poor unsatisfactory attitude isn't corrected. Unbelievably bad customer service. Waited 40 min with just 2 people in front of me. I was told to apply for a loan online, which I did. It put my due date in a week that did not land on a payday. I called customer service and they told me I had to go in to the store to change the due date. I went in and she said I had to finish my online application and call in the the store and they would change my due date. I finished the online app and called the store. They are pretty cool here. Most of the staff treated me decently and was helpful. But I had a check returned and had to contact corporate- and the individual I spoke with was not courteous (one better for a non phone job there) and I just wanted to find out what my options were. The individual told me to put up a visa or MasterCard to secure payment- which she was graciously willing to split in half at least if I didn't have the CASH RIGHT NOW to re deposit. The individual was speaking at me, not to me. Someday jobs will be obsolete and robots and things will take over- this is why!! I understand that I owe and am making an effort to pay - but for $300 I expect to speak to a human with interaction skills. If I knew I had to put up with this- I would not initiate a call!!
