His supervisor Indy is the polar opposite and should be your point of contact. *** His response is that I as the seller don't understand when he issued a pre approval letter to someone with issues in their application and was misleading. I had to go through my bank to stop payment. THIS month, I made a payment online and never received confirmation - through email or by going back into the online system to see pending payments. Thinking I had made an error and didn't finalize the payment, I made the monthly payment. Turns out - that first payment DID in fact post and was delayed on their end. When I contacted the company for a refund of the double payment, they advised me to yet again, call my bank to stop the payment. Disappointed in this company and their lack of customer service to any level. Wouldn't recommend them for anything.
