I would give it no stars. Im currently held hostage in the lobby due to a policy that they can't return a check without authorisation or they will lose their job. As we speak I have been sitting here for almost 15 minutes waiting on a manager to call the cashier so I can get my check and leave. Never slide a check under the glass before you agree to all the terms. Or you'll have to wait until an incompetent manager who's doing who knows what during work hours and is not tending to busines, delaying and frustrating would be customers. DONT GO HERE!!! read more

Not a place of preference but when you have to take of things, you must go where you need to. I've been here a couple times to use their western union service. Usually go to the one in the corner of El dorado and MLK since it's closer. It's also cleaner and updated. They just close too early for me. This check cashing place needs to speed the process with clients, especially with the Odor that circulates you once your inside. I'm not sure how the young ladies don't get bothered by it. Invest in candles, air fresheners, something, dollar general is right across the street. Seriously! Ladies here are usually nice, friendly and patient. They have 5/6 windows with usually 2 open.Parking lot is spacious and always full. Good thing is they are open until 7pm. Only three windows are open out of 6 but only one person are helping each person that there are 10 people waiting in the line..also staff are very rude..the lady with curly hair she's like everywhere do one thing and jump to another,, hella mess..they even have time to chitchatting while the line is getting more & more..every persons in the waiting line been annoyed, waited for 2 hours standing in the line. Just the opposite of hammer ln Are they owned by the same company The staff is rude, belligerent If there's 5 or more customers in line they still only have one window in use They talk amongst themselves more than they talk to the customers I was there once with 10 customers in line I asked if there was someone else to help out she stated no she was the only employee there I see another employee in the back she does come and assist But the employee I asked about more help stated I should just shut up and wait my turn. I'm a good customer been using them for months I've even been told by an employee I'm a good customer that comment was uncalled for I don't believe she New that I heard her say it as she was walking to the back and the other employee was coming from the back they met at doorway.
