*UPDATE* First off - staff are very friendly and automatically greet you and offer assistance when you walk in. Walked in today for a quote on a 2012 benz c250. An employee named Timmy did an amazing job. We walked out with our benz (full coverage) AND a civic (liability only) for a total of 150. Would recommend (and we don't have the best dmv record and insured for an additional driver) *UPDATED VERSION* A year passed, its now May 2016, switched to another auto insurance and they helped bring my insurance down to 111 a month for the same cars, same coverage and still have about 1 point on the dmv record. The definitely try to give you the best deals that they can !! I love this place. The staff are always to the point, professional, and listen to what you have to say. Good job guys. CHEAP INSURANCE & FRIENDLY STAFF!! I came to Quality General Insurance looking to find a cheaper quote. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the man at the desk. He was kind and did not make me feel stupid! I have no clue about insurance and just wanted to make sure I was covered properly for State Law requirements. After about 30 minutes I was done and it was quick, he knew what he was doing and the insurance is CHEAP! I only pay $44 a month, compared to the $118 I was paying with progressive!! I pay my bill at the location every month, I call and ask questions and they are easy to talk to. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to get insurance on their car :)) read more

For Tony Tiran Worst customer service. Strong forceful attitude. Not interested in providing even mildly acceptable customer service. Spelled my name wrong on every document despite having my license and credit card in his hand from the moment I walked in. Made several mistakes in my policy. He was simply not paying attention. I called him out on his disrespectful demeanor. And he proceeded to argue with me about how he was trying to be nice. Before coming into the office, I call to request a quote. I disclosed everything on my driving record. I didn't want any surprises or changes to the price after I walk in. Of course the price jumps up once I finally get into the office, he said I never told him about my record and got loud with me. If I'm going to be paying you hundreds of dollars , the least I expect is for you to act like you want my business. He took advantage of the fact that I needed a policy. And was very disrespectful throughout the whole transaction. I would not recommend this type of experience to anyone please save yourself the hassle and embarrassment and go somewhere else. read more

Did not provide me with a copy of my policy nor did they explain the policy because of that the company did not cover my accident. It is disappointing and heartbreaking when you have been contributing all this money & you're not even covered. Customer service is horrible Absolutely horrendous, also. Workers have no compassion for your situation. The claim adjusters failed to contact me within a timely manner. My claim adjuster has not called me in over two weeks on the other hand the opposing claims adjuster called me withis two days and sent someone out. They simply do not care. I'm convinced none the staff are happy with their jobs. Rude, disrespectful, degrading and demeaning. They would not make any contact with me over the phone and they absolutely did not do their job of fighting for me which I paid months and months of money for them to do at the very least. It's sad and it hurts to know companies like MAPFRE are extorting it's clients like this. read more

Rude, waste of time and keep giving me disingenuous quotes. Also, when I finally did get a real quote it was higher than what I had been paying before. Pretty classic to give someone a wrong quote over the phone and have you come in to tell you it was wrong , etc and try you sell you something that costs 3x as much. read more
