It took me 6 months of repeated requests, filing a claim with my bank and a call to the police department to recover the duplicate charge. I didn't even finish out the 3 months I paid for because dependability and punctuality were also seriously lacking. On multiple occasions, I'd find the salon closed during regular posted business hours or locked long after the "Be back by:" sign indicated. Stephanie would tell me about her money troubles at length as well and gossip about both employees and clients which made me very uncomfortable. Honestly just bad, bad business.
