I just signed up to do the red light therapy here and Sienna and Antonia have been so helpful and kind. Sienna signed me up and showed me how to use the booking system as well as the red light bed. Antonia took her time showing me how to use the Versa pro machine for a glowing spray tan. I am so grateful that this store has such friendly staff who clean each piece of equipment thoroughly before the next person enters! I am already seeing improvement in the eczema and rosacea on my face due to the red light treatments. I am also loving the streak-less color that the versaPro has left me. Staff are nice, and the two locations are easy to get to. Monthly membership option is also affordable, but the beds don't get new bulbs. Several beds have burnt out bulbs , half the fans in the beds don't work, and you can tell the beds are falling apart, with the tape they placed on the plastic cover, covering the bulbs. If you've never tanned before, you probably think this place is great. And it could be if they had nicer beds and changed out the bulbs. I would get a better tan, and it would last longer. I also wouldn't mind paying more. But I'm not seeing any changes or improvements and I've decided to find a different tanning salon. read more

The room is always nicely prepared when I go in, the staff is so nice and on top of everything. Plus the membership for unlimited services is only $69 a month which is great. I would not recommend this place. I went for a spray tan and was told there was no package deal. 2nd visit offered a "package " which I purchased. On that visit I did not realize but I left my necklace in the room. Did not get a call from anyone or anything to let me know. I was looking at some pictures and realized , oh nooo, my necklace. When I called the girl was super rude and said nope nothing here. No offer to follow up or check with anyone. Even said, most people do not leave things?!??. Went back in person and the girl took out a plastic basket full of tanning lotion and "checked". I asked if that is really where the necklace would be?? It's very expensive . She could not have been less concerned. I asked who I could talk to and that I wanted a refund on my package. She said I would have to go to the website and email. She also implied that they would call "a member" if they left something behind. I guess I did not qualify as a "member". I emailed the owner and she called me which was nice. Of course she said she would speak to the staff and get back to me. That never happened and when I followed up with her she said"I figured you found it!" Hmm. I said I wanted a refund and she said the only way to do that was go back to the location, not very accommodating at all, when I am sure they could credit my card easily. So disappointing. I now go to the Beach House in Foster City and they are a thousand times better. Same staff always, super nice. I asked what they do with left behind items, she said we call the client right away. She said people Leave stuff all the time, even an engagement ring. I just can't say how disappointed I am, and broken hearted that my necklace is gone. I would avoid this place, if you forget something, you can kiss it goodbye, unless of course you are "a member". read more

I just love Bronze in general. I used to go to their Belmont location and then found out there was one closer to my house. I've never had a problem here and the staff are always so friendly and helpful! The owner is always there as well and he's just as friendly and helpful as well! He really does a great job in training his staff to be very friendly and I really appreciate that! I wouldn't go anywhere else to be honest! Totally love everyone here, they make me feel like family! Definitely come here if you want amazing service! Great prices, great equipment; I was STOKED to see that they added a massage chair, teeth whitening machine, AND they have red light therapy now! RWC doesn't maintenance any of there equipment. For 3 months now they have a lay down bed that has 2 lights out on it. I asked again today when it's going to be fixed, no one knows. I told them, then you shouldn't let anyone go in there till it's fixed? They don't care, just want your $$$$$. read more
