My friends and I weren't too sure of how the process would be since they picked us up after we walked across the border. We booked our rides through WhatsApp and the communication was super easy. They were super responsive, and the day before our designated rides, they shared the driver's number for us to connect directly. Our driver down to Valle was named Elias and made the whole process so simple! He picked us right outside of where we came out after crossing the border. He was super friendly and wanted to make sure we were comfortable for the drive. He told us a little bit about Valle and how he's lived there for 25 years. On my way back, I had a different driver, who was Natalie. She was super nice and the ride back was so quick, probably because it was the morning and traffic wasn't too bad in Tijuana yet. She was helpful in directing me to find the line to cross the border. Without the direction from her, I would have definitely been confused. They made this whole process so seamless! They were on time and available for all the questions I had leading up to the rides as well. I will for sure use them in the future any time I'm traveling somewhere driving distance in Mexico!

I would recommend if you run cold , wear sunglasses . put a blanket on your lap, wear a jacket and my husband would recommend wearing gloves when driving .There was a missing cup holder in our car so we needed to stuff our water near the back. There is a trunk which was nice and you can unplug the cars gps if you want to stop and walk around but our gps had a hard time reconnecting but when we called they were able to walk us through . The gps was a little delayed sometimes . But those cookies that were listed on the route from uncle Bill's killer cookies was amazing . Mine were fresher from the oven so would def recommend them.

It really gives you a very good perspective of the city and another way to see everything without actually going to each place! This was the highlight of our trip! One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. We booked two jet skis for one hour…read morefor four people, but only one of them worked properly. The other was practically unusable -- it wouldn't go over 7 mph and continued to lag even after we passed the green buoy by over 200 meters, just as we were instructed. When we first arrived to check in, no one was there. Around three separate groups, including us, stood in the sun for 15-20 minutes with no staff in sight. When someone finally showed up, the employee who helped launch us was polite and gave clear directions -- the only positive part of our entire experience. He even said, "If the jet skis slow down after the green buoy, call us for help so you don't waste your time coming back." We followed instructions exactly, but the jet ski still didn't work properly. We tried calling twice for help from the water -- no answer. After wasting over 10 minutes trying to troubleshoot on our own, we had no choice but to return to the dock. Once again -- no one was there. The dock gate was locked, and we had to wait another 15 minutes until my husband ran all the way back to the office to get someone to assist us. When help finally came, the staff member dismissed our issue and showed us the jetski's GPS screen, claiming we "never passed the buoy," which was completely false. Why would we lie and purposefully waste our own time? He admitted they were short-staffed, said he could give us a new jet ski, but only for the 20 minutes we had left -- no refund, no time credit, and no apology. He kept trying to shift the blame onto us, when clearly their equipment and lack of staffing were the issues. We asked for his name, and he ignored us twice. He told us, "The owner Tyler will contact you today," but no one ever reached out. We even called again before they closed -- still nothing. Also -- being short-staffed is NOT the customer's fault. Maybe manage your scheduling better so customers don't end up stranded or waiting for basic help? No one was available at the front desk, no one answered the phones, and no one was at the dock when we needed assistance. You wasted so much of our time and money, and this is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'll definitely be contacting my bank to dispute this charge. This was a scam, plain and simple. I looked at past reviews and it's clear we're not the only ones this has happened to. Avoid Luxury Jet Ski Rentals at all costs. Save yourself the stress.

Morty pick us up at our hotel which was very accommodating since we did not have a vehicle. The full day coastal tour was packed with beautiful vistas, historical sites, gardens,beaches and natural habitats. We had frequent stops along the way to stretch our legs and take in the sites. Bring your camera and a hat and be ready for a day of touring the scenic San Diego coast. Definitely will do a trip with Morty again and maybe visit some of the other trip options he does. His knowledge of the area was impressive and was a pleasure to be with for the day.
