Had appointments for Saturdays at 2, both Saturdays had to be cancelled because they were either short drivers or they had car problems. after the third appointment was delayed, I called the company and talked to a customer service rep and all she could do is give excuses and be unbelievably rude, would not let me speak to anyone above her, first told me she was the only one there, then told me the whole management was running a class, nothing but lies and run around. ask for a refund and was told she would see what she could do, I ask what she meant by that and then she hung up on me. TRASH. ABSOLUTE WORST!! Do not book with them. REPORT them to the DMV - OCCUPATIONAL LICENSING DEPT. Website advertisement was misleading. It allowed me to book a new driver in a group lesson with other teens driving each other around. First lesson, was a weekday 6-8pm (daylight savings so not dark until 8pm). Driver was 2hrs late. No way my daughter was going out on a school night with a car full of strangers at 8pm! I upgraded to private lessons, driver arrived late in a janky car with dark tinted windows and a paper printed "student" sign taped to bumper and paper printed license plates. Next lesson, was Sat 8-10am and driver was 2hrs late. No one calls to inform you until you start calling them. 800 number does not get answered, even on a Saturday when your kid is in the car with a stranger from their shady company. At that point, after paying $600, I began to wonder why I am dealing with this company when a reputable company such as AAA, with wrapped cars and cameras inside and excellent customer service are the same price. The ONLY person you can speak to is extremely rude and useless with zero customer service skills. I cancelled and requested a refund to which it's been now been 20 days. I called to check status and she says the owners are out for 2 more weeks and it can take up to 90 days. According to her, she can not reach them, check on status, escalate matters or issue refunds. She's a complete waste of human skin and the worst part, is...I actually think she's the owner because, there's no way a company would ever continue to keep her employed with how she speak to customers and handles matters. this place it's the most unorganized place I ever see. staffs are very rude and unprofessional. I booked my son's lesson from 10-12 and with special pricing they told me instructor would be there between 10-12 and on the day of appointment they text me that instructor will be late and available 1:30-2:30. I called and canceled my appointment and she said it's not a big deal and hang up. as a business owner this is by far the worst customer service. they couldn't even send the confirmation email when I booked. please read the reviews on this place before you book because it's running by most unprofessional people read more

I wish I read reviews before I registered. This is a rip-off operation. My Daughter and I had to fight with CDS to schedule and keep her appointments. Whenever I'd escalate concerns to "Supervision," I'd get ignored, dismissed or told "I only schedule the sessions" and "Drivers have a different system and she (my Daughter) does not appear on it", and then completely ignored trying to schedule the final session. It's been two weeks since I've been able to get hold of anyone. These people take zero responsibility and have no accountability for running late (2+ hours) for an 8-10am window and then not notifying anyone until I "escalated" the matter again, in which they said a driver could be there at 2pm. Also, my Daughter was uncomfortable with her first instructor, who insisted on oversharing her personal life and ranting about religious and political matters. The same instructor told her it's completely fine to slide across four lanes at one time, without checking her blind spots first. This is the worst business I have ever dealth with. The same story as all other reviews, they will cancel the appointments for lessons, when asked they say they do not know when they can reschedule for, I tried calling customer service and no one ever answers the phone the prompts just take you on a never ending loop. The instructor only texts to cancel and when you ask when he can reschedule he never responds. DO NOT use this company or whatever they are, we missed our DMV Behind the Wheel appointment twice because they never showed up to give my daugther the driving lessons at the scheduled times. Our experience was extremely unsatisfactory. Each of the lessons a time was provided and told that someone would be arrive between 2 hours of that time. One lesson was cancelled the night before and the other 3 lessons had the instructor arriving 30 minutes after the 2-hour timeframe. One lesson was a school day but since Saturday's were so difficult to schedule, my student had to take the entire day off of school since the lesson started 2.5 hours after the scheduled time, it took 4.5 hours on a school day. When the majority of clients are of high school age this is absolutely unacceptable. There was always another student in the car, so my student did not have behind the wheel experience for the full 2 hours, and 2 of the 3 lessons had them stopping and waiting in a parking lot while the instructor went in a store for coffee or to use the bathroom. The last lesson that was scheduled at 4pm started at 6:30, they stopped for an instructor break and then arrived home at 8pm. We are happy that we received a certificate to move forward to get their license, but I felt it was important to let you know that the service was not beneficial for my student and their father, and I will need to fill in the missing learnings from the service that we paid for. Another problem was with communication with the company. There is no way to communicate with anyone at the service in real time for questions or rescheduling and only online escalations is extremely difficult. I will not be recommending this service to peers or parents of future drivers. read more

Do yourself a favor and come here. Oscar was my instructor and I couldn't have asked for a better one. I'm 28 and this is my first time getting my license. I was in a horrible accident and I was not the one driving. Since then I've had a fear, and it was made worse when I had my 3 boys. Day 1 he squashed every fear I had, and I was ready and excited to start driving. I passed my driving test, and I've even drove to San Francisco from Palmdale! Really great driving school! My grandma and my mom leaked how to drive here. I did my 6 hour permit requirement here and I learned so much from them. They were so calm and helped me a lot with my mistakes. They helped me calm my nerves when driving. I would recommend this place to everyone. read more

This driving school is unprofessional and incompetent. Do not send your children to this school. Horrible office staff that constantly call you to sign up for more lessons. Even after the instructor tells you that your child is good to go. They bombard you with calls to solicit more lessons. When you do sign up for lessons and set a schedule. They call and call to tell you they can't make that appointment because they have to squeeze in some more students. That's okay to them because they have your money upfront. From their office personnel to their driving instructors, I found them to be a very professional organization. They even accompanied me to DMV to make sure everything went well. The service here was amazing. As soon as I signed up I made an appointment. My driving instructor Cynthia was patient, nice, gave great info, and tips. She took the time to really teach me how to drive having little to no experience. Shortly after my classes, I took my driving test and passed. I recommended my family to this DMV.
