Failed to show up in court according to the legal clerk filed my demur late, and has not answer my calls. I just attempted to contact his office in Corona and Eric hung up on me as soon as I asked if Garret Saunders worked there. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, instead go and get an actual lawyer to help uou out. Garrett was great at first but them he'll just ignore you after he gets his money and files papers for you. He won't notify you of court dates or anything. In my case he was sending me case and invoice info. for other clients he had. Now as a result of him not actually helping anything and ghosting me since March of 2024 my family and I are homeless!! Totally wish I could go back and stop myself. read more

One star for the one part service. Garrett did what he was supposed to with the initial arrangement of filing a demur for 350 bucks. However, in good faith I paid the additional 200 for an answer to be filed when the court date approached but since we settled with the landlord an answer did not need to be filed. I was nervous about the unlawful detainer I received because I did not know how to respond correctly or what to expect. I called Garret after finding California Eviction defense on google, and he answered right away even with it being 7 in the morning.
